初めてのタイプの宿泊で満足しました。また、利用したいと思います。

チェックインが遅めですが部屋数もあり、宿泊人数が4人程でしたら困るとこもない素敵なところでした。

電話対応がとてもよかったです。 シャンプー、リンスがよかったです。髪の毛がサラサラになりました。

快適でした

人数が多い旅行にはいい施設だと思います。 エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持って上がるのは大変です。

家族3人(大人)で予約したのはスーペリアトリプルルームの302号室(2段ベッドと簡易ベッドは了承済)。3人でもくつろげる部屋だと思っていた。でも、チェックインの案内では201号室に変えられていたが、それ程の疑問ももたなかった。中に入るとトイレや洗面場が、無駄に広いのに、くつろぐ空間がタダでも狭いのに、簡易ベッドを広げると、人のすれ違いも大変だった(2段ベッドのハシゴを退けなくてはいけない程)。何より、簡易ベッドをセットする時の風圧で、2段ベッド下から塊になったホコリが舞い上がり、立てかけてあった掃除機(宿で初めて見た)で、床掃除機をした。エアコンは2段ベッドの上(ま横の壁)で、つけたまま寝れば、30cmぐらいしか離れてないので直撃。低い天井なのでエアコンの循環も悪い。外の大通りは車の行き来が多く、やかましかった。 これが格安ホテルだったら(費用が安ければ)、渋々でも我慢する。でも、2泊で5万もの支払いをしており、ぼったくられた気分だ。あのワンルーム部屋でくつろぐには、せいぜい2人が限界だろう。トリプルルームという言葉に騙された。

安く泊まれて、寝るだけなら十分

ゴミ袋、洗濯機、食器等も含め全て揃っており、快適に過ごせました。

駅近でコンビニ等も近くてよかった！ 初めてのアパートタイプの宿泊だったけど、綺麗でした！

시설도 깔끔하고 위치도 좋았어요 난방도 잘되고 이번이 2번째 오는건데 다음 여행때도 또 올거 같아요

I loved this hotel ! Very clean and organized . You don’t see anybody but you can communicate with them via email and this app. You have everything you need , small kitchen ( 1 small stove, medium size fridge, kettle and even a rice cooker ) I stayed 6 nights and you have supplies in your room .. even cleaning products in the kitchen + toilet in case you need them . They will provide you with a manual with instructions for everything ( recycle / garbage , all the controls for TV / heater/ Ac / vents ,etc) Very convenient location.. very close to the subway, a grocery store across the subway and multiple convenience stores around even one across the street. I would stay again in the future .

My stay was all I could ask for. Extremely clean, spacious and all the amenities needed to enjoy my time in Tokyo. The nearby train station was extremely convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan!

La habitación limpia, el único problema es que mi esposa se olvidó en el refrigerador un medicamento que debía estar frío. Les escribí desde el mismo día que salimos del hotel, ya pasaron 6 días y no tenemos respuesta. Son unos irresponsables que no tienen la cortesía de responder a los mensajes

It was a bit tight for a family of 5, but not surprising for Tokyo apartments in that price range. The walk to the Hirai station was shorter than I thought it would be from just looking at a map. Quite a few food options and convenience stores near by, especially the closer you get to the station. Communication was good and fast. There was a bit of a malfunction with one of the sliding closet doors, which caused a little bit of damage to one of the other doors. I was worried about being charged for that, I reported it quickly and because it was not my fault, I was not charged for the damage, which was very fair and therefore, I did not take away any marks for the malfunction in this review. I am a slightly bigger guy (a 6-footer), so the stairs were a little narrow and steep and the headroom could sometimes be an issue in some locations, but having visited Japan before, that was not a surprise for me. I just mention it here, in case that is something you want to avoid. Last little side note, which wasn't a problem, but is good to know ahead of time, the "washer" listed in the description does not have a dryer function, but the ventilation system in the shower has a "drying" function, that actually worked better than expected. Just hang your wet load of laundry on the drying racks in the room, turn that fan on over night or before you leave for sightseeing for the day and put the racks as close to the warm air coming from the vent as you can. It worked quite well.

Easy check process. The property was clean, and very spacious. It was super close to the subway, and perfect place to home while in Japan. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend. I would definitely book again!

Great location, there is a nearby train station and convince stores. However the hotel was a little small for 5 of us, but overall would recommend.
