本当に素晴らしいホテルで、何よりスタッフの皆さんの温かい笑顔、ホスピタリティが最高、とても素敵な滞在になりました。ありがとうございます。 2回目のアテネ〜皆さんのおかげで、より大好きになりました！Many thanks！

アテネの観光の中心地にあるため、歩いて観光をしたり、疲れたら気軽にホテルに帰ることができました。 ホテルの周りにはレストランも多く常にある程度は人もいるので、安心でした。 豪華ではありませんが清潔でお洒落なホテルです。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーでした。 また朝ご飯の選択肢が多くて楽しかったです！ パン、乳製品、卵、サラダ、パンケーキなどの大分類から3つ選択をして、さらにその中からトッピングを選べるシステムでした。 ボリュームも多くて、目玉焼きなら3つ、パンケーキなら小さめのが5枚くらい出てきます（笑） アテネにまた行く機会があれば、ぜひまた使いたいです。

Very good hotel in middle of city. Good brekfast and nice workers. The only minus is that the bar/resturant closed early Done of the days

Nice, big and clean rooms. Unfortunately there were issues with the aircondition throughout the whole stay, but thankfully it was only april and not super hot. One of the hotel clerks was very professional and helpful (don't know his name), even though they couldn't fix the problem. Some of the other clerks could learn from him as they were not as welcoming. The cleaning staff were also great. I would've expected some compensation for the aircon issues, but was at least offered a drink after the first day. Would've also been nice if the TV had casting options. All in all a good but not perfect stay.

Nice hotel

The hotel itself is amazing. Comfortable room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The only disadvantage was the next door club with loud music almost each night. If a club music beat is your white noise, you'll be alright. Otherwise you have a problem.

Lovely service staff and fab location. Breakfast is very good and made to order so it is fresh and delicious. Spa services were phenomenal and can highly recommend the Thai massage for a firm sport style massage. I do want to point out that for anyone who is noise sensitive, the sound insulation is very poor (at least on the 1st floor). You could hear any movement of guests in the hallway through the door as well as street noise. This was difficult in terms of a comfortable sleep. That being said, I would stay again.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it easy to access all the major tourist sites. However, we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. When we reported it to reception, we were told that the central heating was on because other guests had complained about the cold (despite the outside temperature being around 18–20°C). Their solution was to advise us to open the window, turn off the aircon unit, and use small fans provided by the hotel. Frustratingly, we discovered on our last night that the aircon had been fixed, but no one informed us. Additionally, the spa service was disappointing and did not meet expectations. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent.

Good location, amazing breakfast, great value.

First of all, the stuff very kind, super nice and helps with everything!. They also help when we need. However, while our stay there were few hot days. Because the season is winter the air conditioner was set to heat and there was no option to change that to cold. we suffer from that and the hotel gave us tiny fans that don't help to much. there wasn't other solution. It was very hot and difficult at the nights. In addition, we don’t like the style of the breakfast. It is like a restaurant with waiters and few dishes and we asked them for everything like water, butter, bread etc. buffet style would be better.

Great service and amazing location

Hotel ist neu mit moderner Einrichtung. Rezeption ist etwas speziell (Ein Tisch mitten im Eingang). Ansonsten sauber & sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist auch ziemlich zentral, viele Bars & Restaurants im der Umgebung. Einziger Nachteil: in der gleichen Strasse gibt es wohl auch einen Club oder so, den in der ersten Nacht (Freitag) war es sehr laut in unserem Zimmer. Man fühlte beinahe den Beat im Bett. In der zweiten Nacht (Samstag) war es etwas leiser und wir haben an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel bekommen, dadurch konnte man gut schlafen.

Lovely, modern , clean, and close to the metro. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast. Wide selection, fresh and tasty, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would happily return!

I love the layout and the friendly staff

hotel staff is very friendly, lovely place and it is very clean. Unfortunately I could not sleep till very late AMs,due to the noise outside coming from a club. They play music so loud that I had to put ear plugs but it still did not help me. This was over the weekend.
