空港の目の前でとても便利です。サービスはあまり良くないけど便利なので利用しています。エレベーターがないので不便です。

部屋にwifiが繋がらない。ロビーのみですがほぼ繋がらない。部屋でも使えるようにして欲しい。 今回の滞在は2回目ですが、前回よりもスタッフの対応がよく、スムーズでした。温水シャワーも今回は出て快適でした。しかし、部屋にタオルがなかったので、フロントまで取りに行きました。

とても不満でした チェックインの時から気分が悪い 私は笑顔でこんばんわと言っているのに無視 特別なサービスも笑顔も挨拶も求めてないが、ただ挨拶するくらいできませんか？ 部屋はとても暑かったのでエアコンのリモコンを探したが無い　テレビのリモコンもない フロントに行って女性スタッフに暑いからリモコンをくださいと言っても部屋で待てと言われるだけ。　1時間経っても何も対応してくれない。 テレビはあるのに部屋に無くてもリモコンは使わせてくれない。フロントに頼んでも使わせてくれない。意味がわからない Wi-Fiもダウンしてるから使えないとフロントの女性スタッフが当たり前のように平気な顔をして言う… 待ってても意地悪なロビーの女性は何もしてくれないので何度も何度もフロントへ行って対応をお願いしたら、とても嫌な顔をしながら作業員に連絡して2時間経ってからゆっくりとヘラヘラして態度の悪い従業員がきた。　トランスインターナショナルホテルには気持ちの良い従業員は1人もいないです。　フィジーが嫌いになりました。 やっとエアコンが稼働したら今度は部屋にゴキブリ　蚊も沢山入ってるし… もう本当に嫌になりました　 虫と戦って深夜にやっとシャワーを浴びようと思ったらバスタオルがない　嫌がらせとしか思えない またフロントに行ってやる気のないスタッフからタオルをもらってシャワーを浴びることができた 唯一良かったのは水圧があってシャワーだけ良かった　　この１つだけは良かった やっとベットに入ったら今度は枕が臭い たぶんシーツは交換してない 本当にひどい　気持ちが悪くてバスタオルをひいて寝ました チェックアウトは11時でしたが、とにかく早くこのホテルから出たくて搭乗は夕方でしたが朝に速攻で出ました とにかく嫌な対応 不潔な枕 汚いバスマット 部屋に虫 もう嫌です 永遠にこのホテルは使わない 無料でもお断りです

Super dirty....

チェックインの時、レセプションの女性が部屋選びに時間かかっていた。部屋が決まり、セキュリティの男性が案内してくれた。部屋に入ろうとすると、すでに人がいた。レセプションに戻ると、レセプションの女性は何も言わずに、隣の部屋の鍵を渡してきた。部屋は広くて綺麗だし、冷蔵庫もあり問題なかったが、部屋の鍵と一緒に、テレビのリモコンとクーラーのリモコンを渡されるが、クーラーのリモコンが違うものを渡したみたいで使えず、レセプションに行って使えないことを伝えると、何も言わずに、同じリモコンを渡してきた。なんで？って聞いたら、設定変えたから使える。と言ってきた。しかし、部屋に戻って試してもやっぱり使えず。またレセプションに行き、使えないことを伝えると、謝ることなく、違うリモコンを渡してきた。部屋に戻っても試してもまた使えず。レセプションに行き、見に来い！と言って来させた。リモコンが違うメーカーのリモコンだったらしく、ようやく使えるリモコンを持ってきて、部屋のクーラーをつけて、また謝ることなく、ついたよ、、と言って帰って行った。その後、シャワーを浴びると、口コミにあるように水しか出ない。　セキュリティの男性はとても良い人だったけど、レセプションの対応が酷すぎる。wifiもレセプションでしか使えないが、3人ぐらい使ってるとまったく繋がらなくなる。このホテルはお勧めしません。お金の無駄。

空港からは近いので便利ですが汚い、臭い、お湯が出なく対応もしてもらえず、写真と違うので日本人には難しいでしょう

Wifiはロビーだけで宿泊部屋で使えず。飲料水の備え付けがない。ホテル内にレストランがない。

With this price, this hotel was much better than my expectation.

Vores ophold var ikke som vi havde forventet og ikke pengene værd. Det eneste gode ved hotellet er at det ligger i gåafstand til Nadi lufthavn. Der er hverken restaurant eller andet hvor man kan få mad eller en kop kaffe på hotellet. Der var kaffekopper på værelset så man selv kan lave en kop te eller kaffe, men de var så beskidte at vi ikke ville bruge dem. Værelse var meget slidt og der var pletter på både sengetøj og håndklæder.

room was filled with mosquitos. no towels and the bathroom door was locked. the staff could not unlock it so i had to use a room down the hallway, but only with the security gaurd escorting me. wifi only works by the pool and lobby, no internet access in the rooms.

Please open restaurant inside the hotel and buy some crockery

Disappointed that the TV remotes did not work (Batteries Flat). Tv when we finally figured out how to work it kept disconnecting. A hand towel would have been nice instead of having to use the large towel. Being beside the laundry was dreadful as the machines were on all night so had a constant noise coming through the wall. Really what was advertised was not what we got.

Dirty sheets with hair in it. Cold shower

When I checked in I didnt realize the place didnt have a lift and we were placed on the 3rd floor. I had my mum whonhas mobility issues. Totally my fault as it is stated, the receptionist said there were no other rooms. I asked her to speak with her manager, when the manager came out she was able to get my mum a room on the ground level, i was truly grateful. As i walked up the level, there was a huge rat dead with a cat playing with it on the floor. I didnt have my phone on me but took a pic of the rat the next day. The shower is over the large high jet bath. It was a struggle to climb in and then it leaked down the bottom. The floors were very slippery. The bed was large, but it was wooden woth a flat wooden thin base, it felt as though it would break. The pool arwa lolked nice.

They should provide cafeteria service.

No restaurant on premises. bedding looks old and dirty
