空港の目の前でとても便利です。サービスはあまり良くないけど便利なので利用しています。エレベーターがないので不便です。

部屋にwifiが繋がらない。ロビーのみですがほぼ繋がらない。部屋でも使えるようにして欲しい。 今回の滞在は2回目ですが、前回よりもスタッフの対応がよく、スムーズでした。温水シャワーも今回は出て快適でした。しかし、部屋にタオルがなかったので、フロントまで取りに行きました。

とても不満でした チェックインの時から気分が悪い 私は笑顔でこんばんわと言っているのに無視 特別なサービスも笑顔も挨拶も求めてないが、ただ挨拶するくらいできませんか？ 部屋はとても暑かったのでエアコンのリモコンを探したが無い　テレビのリモコンもない フロントに行って女性スタッフに暑いからリモコンをくださいと言っても部屋で待てと言われるだけ。　1時間経っても何も対応してくれない。 テレビはあるのに部屋に無くてもリモコンは使わせてくれない。フロントに頼んでも使わせてくれない。意味がわからない Wi-Fiもダウンしてるから使えないとフロントの女性スタッフが当たり前のように平気な顔をして言う… 待ってても意地悪なロビーの女性は何もしてくれないので何度も何度もフロントへ行って対応をお願いしたら、とても嫌な顔をしながら作業員に連絡して2時間経ってからゆっくりとヘラヘラして態度の悪い従業員がきた。　トランスインターナショナルホテルには気持ちの良い従業員は1人もいないです。　フィジーが嫌いになりました。 やっとエアコンが稼働したら今度は部屋にゴキブリ　蚊も沢山入ってるし… もう本当に嫌になりました　 虫と戦って深夜にやっとシャワーを浴びようと思ったらバスタオルがない　嫌がらせとしか思えない またフロントに行ってやる気のないスタッフからタオルをもらってシャワーを浴びることができた 唯一良かったのは水圧があってシャワーだけ良かった　　この１つだけは良かった やっとベットに入ったら今度は枕が臭い たぶんシーツは交換してない 本当にひどい　気持ちが悪くてバスタオルをひいて寝ました チェックアウトは11時でしたが、とにかく早くこのホテルから出たくて搭乗は夕方でしたが朝に速攻で出ました とにかく嫌な対応 不潔な枕 汚いバスマット 部屋に虫 もう嫌です 永遠にこのホテルは使わない 無料でもお断りです

Super dirty....

チェックインの時、レセプションの女性が部屋選びに時間かかっていた。部屋が決まり、セキュリティの男性が案内してくれた。部屋に入ろうとすると、すでに人がいた。レセプションに戻ると、レセプションの女性は何も言わずに、隣の部屋の鍵を渡してきた。部屋は広くて綺麗だし、冷蔵庫もあり問題なかったが、部屋の鍵と一緒に、テレビのリモコンとクーラーのリモコンを渡されるが、クーラーのリモコンが違うものを渡したみたいで使えず、レセプションに行って使えないことを伝えると、何も言わずに、同じリモコンを渡してきた。なんで？って聞いたら、設定変えたから使える。と言ってきた。しかし、部屋に戻って試してもやっぱり使えず。またレセプションに行き、使えないことを伝えると、謝ることなく、違うリモコンを渡してきた。部屋に戻っても試してもまた使えず。レセプションに行き、見に来い！と言って来させた。リモコンが違うメーカーのリモコンだったらしく、ようやく使えるリモコンを持ってきて、部屋のクーラーをつけて、また謝ることなく、ついたよ、、と言って帰って行った。その後、シャワーを浴びると、口コミにあるように水しか出ない。　セキュリティの男性はとても良い人だったけど、レセプションの対応が酷すぎる。wifiもレセプションでしか使えないが、3人ぐらい使ってるとまったく繋がらなくなる。このホテルはお勧めしません。お金の無駄。

空港からは近いので便利ですが汚い、臭い、お湯が出なく対応もしてもらえず、写真と違うので日本人には難しいでしょう

Wifiはロビーだけで宿泊部屋で使えず。飲料水の備え付けがない。ホテル内にレストランがない。

With this price, this hotel was much better than my expectation.

Enjoyed my stay however it is in need of upgrades. It’s an old hotel but clean and good enough for a very short stay. I stayed two days nothing fancy here but good enough to get you by. The staff are all very nice.

I booked a deluxe room and it was disgustingly dirty nothing like the pictures and to top it off the bathroom was dirty and all I wanted was a nice shower but no it was so cold I couldn’t even shower. Never again will I stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Poorly trained front office staff was computer deficient

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We needed emergency accom due to cyclone our accom at Crowne plaza was fully packed. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. When we went to ask for two fresh sheets we were told it’s housekeeping policy to not change sheets unless we have checked out. Je then proceeded to come into our room to check the dirty sheets and despite me showing him the stains he unhappily left the one sheet for us to use. The amenities etc are mot flash and that’s ok, but the couch and everything else is dated and dirty. The floors were clean and the cleaners wanting to help us with water leakage were nice. Wouldn’t ever go there again

The staff were friendly and helpful The only thing i didnt like was at check in they write down on a piece of paper your credit card details including ccv and when checking out they rip it up in front of you. ( i intentionally wrote some digits wrong and they never compared it with my card anyway) The facilities were adequate but dated but you get what you pay for. It suited me as a 1 night transit. I just went next door to Gateway for drinks at the bar
