Great hotel in the lake side. Since the closest restaurant was about 10 minutes walk, It is difficult in rainy and windy days. If hotel provide even simple menu of dinner, it would be perfect. We saw the group people enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I did not feel good about it.

Had free water dispenser right outside our room, cold, still or fizzy - a life saver in the hot weather we had. Room was clean and staff very polite and helpful.

A great place to stay in the hidden gem of Spiez. Rooms were on the smaller side but fine considering we were not in the room much. Free breakfast was awesome! The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. Otherwise, I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Spiez!

Too many rules, but clean

Mal servicio, hubo una sorprendente duplicidad de reserva de habitaciones, y el hotel no hizo absolutamente nada por ayudar o mitigar el error, toda vez que era absurdo reservar dos habitaciones en fechas idénticas. Ayuda cero, empatía cero, servicio al cliente, cero.

Nice location, good lake view, picturesque place. Close to public transport. Helpful staff. Breakfast lovely - but restaurant staff need to improve their welcome attitude, their reception was a bit cold.

Good place to stay

quiet and beautiful

No aircon, we weren’t able to sleep for the 2 nights, it was so hot. When I was booking it, it didn’t say there’s no aircon. For the price I paid. I was expecting to have an air conditioner.
