Great hotel

Great hotel comfy bed and a great breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful, awesome. A bit traditional but we liked that. Would stay again. Very fog friendly and allowed us in the bar area with the dog for breakfast, the dog got free sausages, a great touch. Overall a lovely vusit, well done

We really enjoyed our stay. We were given a parking place at the back of the hotel which was extremely helpful, as parking spaces were rare on the roads. However, the hotel needs modernising. The lift was archaic. The room was too hot and we could not open the window. The bathroom did not have enough towel-rails, or shelves for toiletries. There were only a couple of small soaps; no shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner. These are expected toiletries in hotels nowadays. I was caught out as my hair needed washing but I hadn't thought it necessary to bring these items. The breakfast was really nice. The staff were extremely helpful. A really nice old-fashioned place to stay!

A fantastic sleep at the Marlborough hotel .. the room was nice and clean . Very spacious for two people, staff are friendly and the breakfast was nice . I would definitely recommend here if you plan on staying in Llandudno the location is perfect

Centrally located, clean and comfortable hotel.

This an excellent hotel all the staff are brilliant the hotel is spacious and clean it allows well behaved dogs which was great for us as we took our 18month old beagle with us. Our bedroom was a little dated but thats a sign of the times. The beds were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom the breakfast was very good with fruit juice then cereal, then a full english breakfast plus toast we would definately stay there again when next in llandudno

It was a lovely stay. Excellent location - very walkable and close to the pier and restaurants. The facilities are old but perfectly functional. Great value for money. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel was fine but lifts and decor very old. Everyone was friendly enough, just hard to find someone at check in and at the bar.

Ive stayed at the Marlborough a few times with my partner Or my parents have stayed here on numerous occasions too, The atmosphere iz very good. The staff cannot do enough to help you...food is excellent and if anything is needed JUST ASK.. The boss Jean the owner is always there if you need anything

Lovely hotel. Staff sorted parking space at rear of property. Shower wasn’t great. No pressure and took ages to warm then kept going cold. But room was lovely. Beds comfortable. Breakfast included which was locely

Breakfast was really good but we only had a bath in our room and my husband has difficulty with his knees so couldn’t have a wash which was disappointing entertainment wasn’t really that good but each to there own we would stay again but ask for a room with shower also only one hour to get your breakfast and 10 o’clock check out wasn’t long enough

The Marlborough was a very conveniently placed hotel great for all the local amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would book again Thank You

Location great,staff were nice room big everything was clean ,allowed dogs breakfast was lovely, easy check in and out entertainment was good staff work hard and very pleasant to visitors and each other had a lovely break will definitely book again,

Nice hotel. Decent location right next to the pier. Clean and fresh bedding a towels. Hotel a little dated in places but nothing that causes any issues
