After driving 7 hours up from Pennsylvania, I arrived to find the hotel was packed with kids running everywhere and screaming like crazy. I almost just turned around and left to find someplace quieter, but I was pretty tired from driving. The front desk attendant said they were hosting a gymnastics tournament. Apparently, she is the one that organized it as she seemed to know everyone that was there. She took me to my room on the first floor and all I heard was the TV in the room next to mine as all rooms are connected. I went back and asked if there was another room that was a bit quieter, and she did give me another room on the second floor. It was definitely quieter but smelled really bad. My wife and I just dealt with the nasty stench in the room since we were only there for 2 nights and planned on being gone most of the day. I slept terrible the first night I was there as at 6:30am, there were kids running up and down the hallway as loudly as they can. I tried to get breakfast but the kids ruined that as well. I just got ready and got the heck out of there and spent the day in Toronto. The second night was a little quieter thankfully and I was able to get some sleep. I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities this hotel offers due to kids overtaking it.
For the hotel management - if you are going to cater to families with kids, put that on your website so the rest of us can stay somewhere else. For me, my stay at your hotel was awful due to the kids overrunning it.
