デザインが素晴らしく新しめの設備。 とはいえ部屋に冷蔵庫や電気ケトルもなく、暖房も効かず環境に配慮し過ぎていて快適性が劣る。 コンシェルジェは若めで機械的、4つ星クオリティではない。 もう泊まりたいとは思えない。

We loved the hotel, designer decor, location and corner room! I did request ahead of time for a room not on the front side of the hotel. I read revues that said it is noisy with church bells and bar hoppers all night, but despite that , we were given a front facing room . We still slept with our windows open every night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Probably one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. They give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar as a gift for staying with them which I think is nice. Staff is excellent and so kind. Lady in the front desk told us things to do around Basel and was overall very helpful. Room was fantastic and comfy. Very chic. Ironing room in the second floor is pretty decent. The only thing is the lighting is darkish so you can’t really assess if you did a good ironing job haha. There’s water/sparkling water/coffee/apples/tea free to take in each floor which is very convenient. Literally in front of the tran so its easy to get around the Basel area from there. Very close to the rhine/conference center/stores, etc. There’s also a starbucks next to it which is pretty neat if you want to stick to something basics. The room was very tidy and honestly the experience was a 20/10.

Such a beautiful hotel with large rooms and gorgeous bathrooms! The breakfast was delicious and generous. My 10 year old daughter had her own tent in our room and she said it was the best place we stayed in all of Switzerland! Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Would love to stay here again!

Great location and friendly staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk loaned us an adapter so that we could charge our devices too. Overall a fantastic stay.

The room was lovely with a large bathroom and a basket of helpful notions that made our stay particularly enjoyable. The bar and restaurant were both excellent and the breakfast was particularly tasty.

Ideal gelegenes Stadthotel im Kleinbasel. Gegend ist zwar lärmig aber mit gschlossenen Fenstern geht es 😅 Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer zweckmässig.

Das Zimmer war großzügig, ruhig und sauber. Die Kopfkissen sind arg durchgelegen und sollten für ein 4 Sterne Hotel unbedingt ausgewechselt werden.

Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht – einfach perfekt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet, und die Mitarbeitenden überzeugen durch Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Hier gelingt die perfekte Balance zwischen einem nachhaltigen Boutique- und Designhotel und exzellenter Servicekultur. Ein Hotel, wie man es sich immer erträumt.
