コロナ禍でサンクスギビングホリデーを利用して滞在。連休中でも、そこまで混んでいおらず連休前後の平日はガラガラでした。ガーデンビューで予約していましたが、一部海の見えるお部屋で、トイレが２つ、バスタブ付きのお部屋に無料でアップグレードしてくれました。お部屋には１回で使い切りのハンドサニタイザー（手指消毒液）と、アルコールウェットワイプ２０枚入りが置いてありました。１週間ほどの滞在でしたが、お部屋の掃除は入らず、タオルを変えて欲しかったり、石鹸などを追加して欲しい時はフロントデスクへ電話すれば部屋の前に袋に入れて置いて下さり、使用したタオルは袋に入れて入り口に出しておけば持っていって下さいました。こういう状況なのでお部屋の掃除に入っていただくことを避けたかったので助かりました。名前はAEIマウイカアナパリヴィラズリゾートとなっていますが、アストンカアナパリヴィラズと同じ場所でサービスも全く変わりませんのでそちらの評価も参考にされると良いと思います。私は、こちらで予約した方が少し安かったのでこちらで予約しました。建物は新しくはありませんが、掃除は行き届いていて、立地はとても良いですし、お部屋がとても広いです。ビーチからのスノーケルで高確率でかめに遭遇できるブラックロックビーチまでも、ビーチサイドウォークを歩けば２０分もかからず付きますし、ホテル前のビーチもやや波はあるもののとても綺麗です。洗濯機は部屋にはなくコインランドリーですが、炊飯器も部屋になかったのでフロントに電話したら、届けてくれました。部屋ドライヤーだけ、コロナで貸し出しできないと言われ、ラハイナのセイフウェイ前にあるROSSで＄１２で小さなヘアドライヤーを買いました。買い物は車で５分程度でTimesというスーパーがあり、セイフウェイより安くお土産なども充実していました。にんじんや玉ねぎなどバラで買いたかったり、ローカルの果物、野菜を買いたい場合はTimesから車で１−２分のFarmer's Market Mauiがおすすめです。レンタカーを借りての滞在がやはり便利かと思います。駐車場は敷地内無料で、好きなところに止められました。ゆっくりできて満足です。またの機会には利用したいです。

We enjoyed staying at the Maui Kaanapali Villas, comfortable beds, everything was great, loved having the kitchen (though we at out for dinners). The pool was clean and access to the beach easy. Rentals on the beach were a bonus.

Room was set up with the Tv not in front of the bed. The rv could only be seen by sitting on the couch. Water pressure was barely enough to wash all of thr sand off of you. Staff was inconsistent. Several warm and welcoming people but orhers sucked and acted like we were wastinf their time.

We really were looking forward to this stay, unfortunately it was not great for us. I will start with the pros: The beach is beautiful & right outside of the resort, the restaurant on site has great food and service, the resort concierges & the staff were all very nice. Pools were good & with great hours. Now with the bad: No cleaning?! We stayed in the resort for 8 days & they only cleaned our room ONE time. I asked about it in reception & they said they only do it once in your stay. This was by far the biggest let down for me, I am booking a resort because the last thing I want to worry about is taking my trash out. I paid resort fees, & they only covered one day of cleaning? I am sorry but I could have booked an airb&b instead then. Only had 1 coffee and towel replacement. The room kitchen was full of bugs. Both small roaches & ants. They fumigated while we were on site, but that didn't kill the bugs, and without cleaning... well, it just makes it worst. Lack of clear evacuation processes. Unfortunately, we experienced both a tsunami & a fire warnings and I have to say, even though everyone was trying to help, they did not have a real process in place to guide the guests. Being so close to the beach & to the dry area, I feel like there should be signs all over & a quick guide upon check in, but instead we had to figure things out by ourselves, & that was alarming, thankfully none of those were major. Lastly, play music! It doesn't feel like hawaii bc it's so quiet

Friendly staff, nice territory, close to thr beach.

We stayed in a one bedroom with an amazing ocean view. The unit was big with full kitchen and everything we needed. Access to beach and pool were easy. We were able to snorkel from the beach by walking a few 100 ft down the beach. Pool area were nice and clean but could need more umbrellas. The hotel is 6-7 minutes drive from shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants and other stores. I would definitely go back if I visit Maui again.

Centrally located.

Property was a little dated but good sized room, short distance to a fairly unpopulated beach. Clean facilities. Cafe had great food. Had some trouble after a local fire forced a power outage and smoke that the resort had no control over but when power came back on the HVAC chilled water system didn’t work and our last night there was hot & smokey smelling. At request they credited us back some money for the inconvenience. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful beach

Hello this place was amazing when we initially got there the ac unit was out and it wouldn’t got past 84°inside the room,but when we told the hotel staff they switched our room immediately! That’s is the only reason I’m doing 4 instead of 5 stars everything else was perfect

We had the most amazing time here. The room was spacious and comfortable and we were at the beach literally in 60 seconds. 10 out of 10 we will be coming again to stay. Mahalo!

A pesar que sabía que la habitación no contaba con dos camas, sino que era solo una cama y un sofá-cama, FUE MUY INCÓMODO para mi familia y para mi(4 adultos) EL SOFÁ CAMA, este NO ES cómodo PARA DOS PERSONAS 😖
