The interior walkways needed cleaning.

We received no clean towel or bed linen replacement service after 7 days during our stay as stated for our9 day stay. During most of our stay, we didn’t have reliable cable TV.

The place we stayed at was perfect for our vacation

We normally stay with family but to give each other space we booked this place.what a gem clean quiet and acres of room in the apartment with a huge comfy bed the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble and even though it's on route 1 it's set far enough back to be very quiet and peaceful at night fantastic experience and we will definitely be booking again as we visit fort hunt 3 times a year to stay with family far far superior to a hotel room or air BnB which we have used in the past

My third stay here and as always it was a good stay! Water pressure wasn't the best but no different than any other hotel. Bummer that you have to pay for doing laundry but with the price of the stay I cant really complain. Look forward to my next stay

I enjoyed my stay! Nina was very accommodating and super helpful as it was the first time my friend and I stayed at an extended stay-type hotel. The service was very friendly from all the staff and I really appreciated how the entire place (room, grounds, office) was maintained well! If and/or when I come back to the DMV area, I would stay here again. Thanks so much!

The property is great. Not the best area, but still felt very secure.

I stay at StayApt every times I come down to this area. Easy access to highway, quiet, a big room.

Bare bones for an overnight stay. Bedding not so comfortable- mattress protector should have a layer of soft non plastic feeling material over it. Good for inexpensive long stay when you need need to cook.

A self-contained apartment with all the amenities needed for a satisfying stay.
