Felt like home. Perfectly maintained, clean, spacious.. customer service better than 5* hotels I’ve stayed in Sof.

We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Underground parking is available, but it not included in the rate and is quite expensive. The aparthotel is located in a socialist-style high-rise residential neighbourhood, with narrow and potholed street, but we found a free parking place, albeit with difficulty.

Overall good,amazing friendly and welcoming staff-good communication. Spacious rooms ,not very clean,furniture is a bit outdated. Underground parking is paid,but other people park their cars on your spot and you have to park on different one,which is problem for the person using it-good site is that you be provided with remote control for entrance to the car park,which is really convenient.

It is worths what you pay for

The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.
