The room was extremely clean, and the hotel staff was exceptional

It was adequate. Comfortable room. Property was very “dated” Staff was great and there was parking underground in a nice garage with a very narrow entrance. All was well!

Clean and modern hotel. Good buffet style breakfast. Location is not close to old town. It takes 20 minutes of walking down the hill to old town or you can drive. No free parking in old town. Around the hotel there are a couple of restaurants but they either are open late for dinner or not open at all. However, there is a market next to the hotel. During the morning it sells local produces and in the evening there are a couple of food stands and bar inside the market that you get local food and drink. Saturday night we even saw flamenco dancing. Hotel has underground parking but it is narrow and steep. Luckily given the time of the year we were able to find free street parking.

The hotel was great. Surrounding not much of anything.

A basic room, clean & neat. Breakfast buffet is also good.

Lovely hotel and excellent morning buffet

Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room had a mini fridge and tea kettle. Breakfast was good and offered fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and bacon. The area around the hotel isn’t so nice but Setubal in general is a rougher city (we were coming from Lagos area). We had a problem with the safe in our room. The safe did not work. We asked the front desk staff about it multiple times and were told maintenance would fix it. It was never fixed. That was the only problem we had. Everything else was a pleasant experience.

Good hotel if you are coming and going a lot to do sightseeing. There is lots of free parking nearby and a car park but this is a very small area so difficult to manoeuvre if in a big car. The breakfast options were good and many. I’d stay again if in Setúbal.

Hotellet i seg selv var bra, men personellet virket som de ikke vil ha gjester. Noen få av de var veldig imøtekomme men de fleste virket som de helst ikkke ville bli forstyrret.

Great clean place with dining options nearby

The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to have breakfast downstairs and dinner downstairs as an option, thank you so much. My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. I had to park two blocks away one night, which the area is safe but it would be nice to have your car when you want the car in front or in the garage. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage war auch mit eiem Kleinwagen der blanke Horror

Good option for a short stay, breakfast options can be improved

Chambre correcte, personnel sympatique mais la propreté de la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. De la mousissure dans les murs, des murs sales (tâches de maquillage...), sans parlé des joints de la salle de bain qui sont noirs. La chambre avait une odeur particulière, pas très agréable. Les 4 étoiles ne sont vraiment pas justifiés.

Hotel di buon livello appena ristrutturato, buona colazione, menu della cena un po' limitato anche perche' in questo periodo non c'erano molti clienti. Possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito sia esterno che in garage.
