スタッフの対応が良かったです

2025年の10/31〜11/3に利用。 とてと綺麗で過ごしやすく、気遣いの行き届いたホテルでした。 自分は英語が苦手なのですが…チェックインの際、eSimの電波が悪く、翻訳アプリが機能しませんでした。そんな中でも丁寧に易しい英語で自分が分かるまで時間をかけて案内して頂きました…！これについては本当に感謝してます…‼︎ また、早朝にアンコールワットで朝日を見たのですが、その際もお弁当を用意して頂き、スムーズに観光できました。(数日前にホテルへお願しました) このホテルはナイトマーケットやパブストリートにもアクセスが良く、スタッフも親切です。チャットでのお問い合わせも早く詳細で、安心して旅行ができました。 次シェムリアップを訪れる際は、ここを使おうと思います。 Available from 10/31 to 11/3 in 2025. It was a very beautiful, comfortable, and caring hotel. I'm Japanese and I'm not very good at English. In such a situation, I took the time to guide you carefully and in easy English until I understood myself. I was impressed by that, and I am deeply grateful. Also, I saw the morning sun at Angkor Wat early in the morning, and at that time, a breakfast box was prepared, and I was able to go sightseeing smoothly. ( I asked the hotel to prepare it a few days ago.) This hotel has good access to the night market and pub street, and the staff is kind. It is recommended because you can also make quick and detailed inquiries via chat, and you can travel with peace of mind. When I visit Siem Reap again, I will use this hotel.

階段しかなくて4階までスーツケースを持って上がらないといけなかった点はマイナスですが、寝るだけなら、お値段でこのレベルのお部屋は満足です。ぐっすり寝れました。

Excellent breakfast in a A/C dining room with relaxing music and beautiful decoration, wonderful attentive staff. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious rooms, 2 pools. Great location, close to everything but on a quieter street. Pick up from airport was perfect. Very reasonable price, we recommend 100%!

Staff are great.

Good-sized, well appointed rooms, especially in the new building. Decent breakfast, though at times service slow at lunch and dinner. Great location, walkable to most markets, restaurants, etc. staff did well in handling our team of 30, despite overbooking and computer/reservation system issues.

Excellent boutique hotel in a very central location yet in a quite street. Very big and clean room. Very good breakfast. Tons of restaurants and nice cafes all around. I stayed in the deluxe king room in the modern wing and it was very spacious and nice. For the price it goes it is really a steal. Whole heartedly recommended

A very nice hotel in central Siem Reap, recommended by a local friend. The staff was super friendly and professional (Danin, Sy, Soken at front desk, Kanha and others at breakfast) I opted to include breakfast for an additional fee and it was totally worth it. They moved from buffet to a la carte and if you pay in advance a special menu is provided with lots of options, Khmer and western style, all included. There are two great swimming pools, one on the upper terrace with a city view and the other on the ground floor, more zen, peace and quiet vibes. Tha one thing I would do different is room selection. Knowing inwaoildnbe gone all day, I opted with the room w/o a view. Since there is an adjacent building (same complex, a couple yards away, I had to keep the curtain shut all the time. Not a big deal since I was in fact gone most of the time, but I would recomend selecting the room with a view option so you can enjoy your varanda. Walking distance to the market, pub street and shops.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The hotel is in two buildings, an older one and a newer one. I was in the older section, and facilities seemed a little "tired" with the tap on the basin not working properly. But it was cleaned every day, staff were lovely and always eager to assist. I would stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap. Location was perfect. Not far from anything, with both European and local dining in an easy walk (and I am not a big walker! :-))
