ラト駅やスーパーも近いので不便は感じなかった。最初に通された部屋が０階で窓は道路に面しているので木の格子戸がはまっており、換気はできるが真っ暗な部屋だった。寝るだけだからよいかと考えていたが、バスルームが臭かったので部屋を変えてもらった。すぐに対応してくれたので女性スタッフの対応は丁寧で悪くない。１階の部屋に変わったのだが、最初から鍵が怪しく、宿泊途中でドアノブが壊れた。男性スタッフに簡単にはめ込んだだけでOKと言われ不信感を持った。やはり最終日に再度ドアノブが飛んで壊れた。ちゃんと直してほしいですね。

外観は質素だが、部屋内はリフォームされたみたいで清潔感に溢れ、快適な数日を過ごせた。そして受付の人達も非常に親切で、きめ細かい対応をしてくれた。モーニング食の内容も豊富で（特にフルーツ・サラダ）満足できた。地下鉄駅はホテルから約200ｍくらいの距離にあり、交通の便利さも抜群！。強いて言えば２・３階に上るエレベータが無いのが残念。　

メルヘンな感じだったけど、広くて驚きました。清潔ですが、風呂場がやや滑りやすく危ないなと思いました。

17世紀の建物をリノベーションしたホテル。クラシックなヨーロピアンスタイルで、部屋数も少なく、お部屋は広くて寛げます。 エレベーターがないのと、カードキーではないのが不便ですが、スタッフが皆さん親切でした。 ロシオ広場まで歩くと20分ちょっと、コメルシオ広場まで30分くらいにですが、坂道がキツいので、早めに地下鉄や路面電車の使い方を覚えると快適です。 植物園まで徒歩6分、ホテル周辺に小さなスーパーがあるので、快適な滞在でした。

Gute Lage. Tolles historisches Gebäude. Leider ist die Straße recht laut. Die Fenster schlucken den Straßenlärm aber sehr gut. Vielfältiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet im Salon.

We were upgraded immediately and given a choice. Very clean. Lots of character, like staying in a private home. Good, plentiful breakfast (included). Enjoyed talking with Tomas, at reception.

Breakfast was actually fine , good not great but crowded. They could use a second and better coffee maker. The thing was the older people/ guests were really a little pushy, pushy older people but what can you do?

If old charm is what you are looking for this is it.Staff very nice. location is in a residential area about 20 minutes walking down hill,took Bolt back up. We stayed here at end of our trip. First 3 days we stayed at Hotel Vincci Baixa which was perfectly located for first time visitors and so glad we did. If you are ataying here there is a great breakfast place across the street. After 23 days in portugal we we tired of usual buffet and this was smaller than most. Bath Shower combo difficult to get in ...very deep .

Paulo was wonderful! He was so kind to accommodate a last minute addition to my reservation. The boutique property is extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, quiet at night, and most important in a safe location. As a single female I felt safe and cared for. I will be staying here again on my next visit.

Struttura caratteristica e tipica portoghese. Posizione molto buona e vicina alla metropolitana linea gialla Rato. Colazione ottima anche se migliorabile ulteriormente nei piccoli dettagli ( a mio avviso sarebbe auspicabile introdurre marnellate Non industriali) . Sig. TOMAS alla reception molto professionale e collaborativo nel condividere indicazioni specifiche e necessarie per la visita di Lisbona che rimane una citta', a mio avviso,splendida.

Great staff, good breakfast and an interesting building in a central area. Only downside was the bathroom was poorly laid out with an unnecessary bidet and no shelf space for items. The bath was also difficult to get in to when showering.

Location..Easy acess to Rato metro..and Bus stops. 25 min.walk to City Centre. Excellent Breakfast, and plentyful.

Well located with the Metro station being a short walk down the hill. Lovely decor inside. Room was quiet at night. Breakfast was good. Would stay again. Staff friendly and helfpul. Good value for money

A stunning hotel, with great decor and sizable rooms. Located very close to Beira Alta which has tons of bars and dining options. Breakfast was included and had a great mix of options - the pastries were to die for.
