ラト駅やスーパーも近いので不便は感じなかった。最初に通された部屋が０階で窓は道路に面しているので木の格子戸がはまっており、換気はできるが真っ暗な部屋だった。寝るだけだからよいかと考えていたが、バスルームが臭かったので部屋を変えてもらった。すぐに対応してくれたので女性スタッフの対応は丁寧で悪くない。１階の部屋に変わったのだが、最初から鍵が怪しく、宿泊途中でドアノブが壊れた。男性スタッフに簡単にはめ込んだだけでOKと言われ不信感を持った。やはり最終日に再度ドアノブが飛んで壊れた。ちゃんと直してほしいですね。

外観は質素だが、部屋内はリフォームされたみたいで清潔感に溢れ、快適な数日を過ごせた。そして受付の人達も非常に親切で、きめ細かい対応をしてくれた。モーニング食の内容も豊富で（特にフルーツ・サラダ）満足できた。地下鉄駅はホテルから約200ｍくらいの距離にあり、交通の便利さも抜群！。強いて言えば２・３階に上るエレベータが無いのが残念。　

メルヘンな感じだったけど、広くて驚きました。清潔ですが、風呂場がやや滑りやすく危ないなと思いました。

17世紀の建物をリノベーションしたホテル。クラシックなヨーロピアンスタイルで、部屋数も少なく、お部屋は広くて寛げます。 エレベーターがないのと、カードキーではないのが不便ですが、スタッフが皆さん親切でした。 ロシオ広場まで歩くと20分ちょっと、コメルシオ広場まで30分くらいにですが、坂道がキツいので、早めに地下鉄や路面電車の使い方を覚えると快適です。 植物園まで徒歩6分、ホテル周辺に小さなスーパーがあるので、快適な滞在でした。

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was in a really nice area, walkable to nice coffee shops, viewpoints and the subway. Our room was nice and the bed was comfy. We also really appreciated the air conditioning as we visited during the heat wave!

Such a lovely stay. The place is quaint and pretty, large room, high ceilings, calm decor. The location is fantastic. Minutes away are many cool place to see, eat and drink. Convenient access. Easy walk to downtown. Nice breakfast, plenty of food. Quiet, cozy. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful, especially Paul. Will definitely consider coming back if we return to Lisbon.

O hotel funciona em uma propriedade histórica muito bem conservada e está bem localizado, próximo a uma estação de metrô e a pontos de ônibus. O café da manhã não oferece grande variedade, mas é muito saboroso. Um aspecto que nos agradou foi a alternância de alguns itens ao longo dos dias, algo que nem sempre ocorre em hotéis e que tornou a experiência mais interessante. Como pontos negativos, o banheiro é bastante pequeno e há poucas tomadas disponíveis no quarto. Para carregar o celular, foi necessário desconectar o abajur e, para utilizar a chaleira elétrica, tivemos de desligar o frigobar da tomada. Esses detalhes poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Établissement très bien placé dans le quartier de principe Real avec des transports en commun à proximité, permettant de rayonner dans toute la ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel serviable, chambre et petit déjeuner bien.

Hotel was ok for the price we paid. It was clean, room reasonable size. Breakfast was fairly standard for small hotel, Staff seemed friendly enough. All in all reasonable. It was close enough to explore and to transport links. Just one big let down. The bathroom smelt of sewage and it was really bad to the point and If I had been staying longer than 3 days or if I had thought I would have spent more time in the room I would have asked if I could move! I have noticed someone else in May this year on another review says the same thing. They clearly knew there was an issue as cleaners were obviously trying to make it smell better in the mornings ! i have stayed in lots of old city hotels in Europe and appreciate their drainage can be an issue but this was the worst. It didn’t spoil my break but I wouldn’t be able to recommend this one as a place to stay for this reason.

We loved this hotel. It was beautiful and such a great place to stay in Lisbon.

Quarto bacana, elegante e muito limpo, mas não tinha produtos básicos para o banho (shampoo, condicionador). O café da manhã é fraco. Pouquíssimas opções. O recepcionista Miranda (creio) foi muito gentil. Foi muito prestativo e resolutivo. Ama o que faz. E a gente agradece.

Achei o hotel super retrô e aconchegante. A equipe é super simpática e o café era bom, não ótimo. A localização foi excelente. Gostei muito! Tem ótimos cafés, restaurantes e mirantes perto do hotel. Queria ficar mais e se eu voltar a Portugal vou dar preferência a eles!

First of all, the hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were very helpful and polite, thank you very much. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Rato metro station, within walking distance, and its flat terrain is a great advantage. The rooms are very clean and of adequate size. Providing drinking water is a very nice touch. The breakfast is fresh and sufficient. It was an experience far beyond my expectations.

Hotel muito bom, boa localização, bom cafe da manha e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Recomendo o hotel.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here, fantastic location, lovely staff and the rooms are always clean and I have to admit I have a soft spot for the decor. Staff genuinely there to help and have always made me feel welcome.

No on site parking so just ask where to park overnight so not to get your car towed.

I loved staying in a place with history, it felt like traveling back in time. The neighborhood was wonderful, close to very beautiful places, like the botanical garden, very walkable. Would definitely recommend.
