親切なスタッフさんでした。宿泊施設には特に不満はありません。

Unerwartete getrennte Gebäude, denn die 4 bis 8 Bettzimmer befinden sich 2 Straßen weiter. Eines der Gebäude verfügt weder über eine Küche noch über einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Zum Duschen oder auf die Toilette muss man in verschiedene Etagen gehen, und die Betten haben leider keine Vorhänge oder Ähnliches.

Room was clean and very well kept. In a great location and lots nearby for you to visit Staff were very nice

Staff are extremely helpful. When the USB charger was not working, Finn (not sure of his name) quickly helped me and lent me a charger than I can use.

Our stay here was short, but truly wonderful, and delivered on everything you would expect from a lively hostel. The location was wonderful, located within walking distance from great food and nightlife, right across from the British Museum.

CAUTION!!! BED BUGS!!!! No WiFi! They kept saying they were working on WiFi ..for 5 days! Only 2 bathrooms and 2 showers available for everyone. It Was cheap but not worth it.try someplace else. I got several bites told the staff and never heard back from them.

Room was clean and warm, staff very helpful and accommodating. Toilet on different floor to room (a few stairs away), shower on our level was clean. Great location.

Had to pay an extra £90 for 2 night stay as extra fee since booked through Hotels.com. Hostel itself was fine, staff were great. Understand disclaimer that hotel may assess other fees. But didn’t expect 30-40% more.

Hostel made me feel like home. I arrived at night and the guy in reception was really friendly regardleas the time I arrived (2:30am) he was welcoming and cool, from London so gave the right spots to go. The place is clean, I had a chat with Flynn while having breakfast. The location is well connected to several tube lines. A good experience overall. 10/10

The hostel has two sets of bathroom and toilet on ground floor and underground which was good. There is a sink in the room. I stayed in a four beds dorm but only shared the room with another person. This a really a plus. The guy in reception was very friendly and knows everything about the property. The room was not too warm with window open, but this also brought the noises from the street in. In general I quite enjoyed the stay there and might come back again.
