スタッフがとっても親切丁寧です。部屋も清潔。

決して高級ホテルではありませんが、コスパは良いと思います。とても快適な滞在となりました。 立地はトリエステの中心部であり、便利。 部屋は狭いですが、ベッドは快適、冷蔵庫もあるし、水周りは新しくて清潔。毎日のクリーニングもしっかり行ってくれました。 朝食はコンチネンタルでしたが、ケーキ、ハム類、チーズ類の種類が豊富、フルーツも毎日ちょっとずつ違って、飽きませんでした。一人一人好みに応じて入れてくれるコーヒーに感激。(ただ、ホームページでは、ルームサービスの朝食をやたらアピールしてましたが、それは対応してませんでした) スタッフは、大変親切。24時間フロントにいらっしゃり、いつでも快く対応してくれました。 こじんまりとして地味だけど、人が優しく居心地が良いトリエステの街の魅力を体現したようなホテルでした。

Amazing hotel in excellent location.

Perfect location, convenient and cheap parking nearby. Drop by the front desk and they will give you access to the hotel parking lot. Room was clean and modern, and the a/c was great.

The included breakfast was very good and the staff stored our bags and were incredibly attentive. It was wonderful! And if you’re coming from the port it’s an easy 12 min walk with one slight hill.

Great location, easy to walk to the center and the port. The hotel is very clean, the single room is very nice and not too small. Breakfast offers a nice choice.

Albergo al di sotto delle aspettative. Parcheggio problematico per spazi, nonostante costo di 20 €. Edificio solo parzialmente ristrutturata con hall assolutamente non di livello. Tavoli di colazione senza spazi con i vicini; buona l’offerta di dolci e altro.

Great location! Rooms were nicely decorated as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good but we would have liked more egg options.

Spacious room but soundproof is not very good as I heard the next room talking after 10pm. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Wirklich wahnsinnig nettes Personal, hilfsbereit, freundlich, kundenorientiert. Leckeres Frühstück, Weckservice um 3 Uhr morgens gar kein Problem. Die Optik ist Geschmackssache und der Fön ist leider für lange dicke Haare nutzlos, aber sonst alles super.

Un tre stelle molto bello e superiore alle aspettative. Stanza e bagno belli e puliti. Ottima e varia colazione. Personale gentile e cordiale. Consiglio!

È stato un soggiorno piacevole. C’è un’ottima attenzione alla pulizia e all’eco sostenibilità. Il personale è gentile e flessibile nei confronti delle necessità del cliente. Sfortunatamente, non è accessibile ma non avevo bisogni in tal senso.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen...,sehr nettes Personal.Darum habe ich ein 2.Mal übernachtet, werde es wieder tun. Ein familiengeführtes Hotel .

Great location, very friendly staff

It was a nice hotel and very clean however I would like to know that hotel charges for the bottle of water once it’s given to the guest not when you check out and the present you with the bill .

The room was unbearable because of no air conditioner. I was not told about this when I booked the room. The Hotel says there is air conditioning. I expect a refund as I could only use the room after 7 pm.
