部屋はとても清潔でよかったです。スタッフがいないことは慣れていないため心配でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。

全般的に問題ないですが、テーブルも風呂にも椅子がなく不便でした。

館内全体にクーラーが効いていて、部屋に行くまでも涼しく移動できた！

綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！ バスタオルとかは毎日変えてもらえたら嬉しいなぁって感じで… あとは特に普遍なかったですね！ あと、対応がとても丁寧でありがたかったです！

部屋は綺麗で駅からも近く非常にオススメです。 毎日の清掃やタオル交換がなくパジャマない点だけ注意が必要ですが、それ以外は全く不満なく、次回も利用したいホテルです。

宿泊施設はきれいで快適だったけど、連泊の時のタオル枚数が一日分しか無かったのが不便。連泊の時、お掃除などは要らないけど日にち分のタオルは欲しい。

京都駅側のサービスカウンターでチェックイン。お部屋が使用可能だったので15時より前に入室出来てその後の旅程がとてもスムーズでした。スタッフもフレンドリー！お部屋のコンディションは綺麗で最高❗️再訪したいです。強いて言うなら、水回りの跳ねた水を拭き取るダスターを備えて下さい。お願いします。

シャワーとトイレも分かれていたし、綺麗だったので良かったです。

Everything was fine. We never met any staff; however, staffs were very prompt in responding to messages. Room was super clean. Washroom was super clean too. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Although no staff was present, a phone number is given for emergency. I hope it works well and conversation can be made in English. The location is excellent. Overall, very satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Kyoto. Good location on a quiet street in the Gion area with good food options nearby. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and AC worked well.

Nice size room and comfortable stay. It's a bit of a self check in style with no staff on site, though this was not an issue for us and check in was smooth. Staff were very responsive and helpful when contacted. Our room had a bit of a feet smell which I'm assuming was from a previous guest standing on the tatami after walking too long in Kyoto, though we had some air freshener with us so we fixed the problem xD

Great location and the washing machine was nice to have. The staff were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The washing machine wasn’t in the cleanest condition and our bathroom door handle fell off on the final night of our stay, but overall a great place for the price we paid and the location of the accommodation.

Extremely spacious for Japan. Less correspondence would be nice but really enjoyed my stay. Location was central which was convenient.
