Everything was fine

The breakfast was A1, the staff were brilliant, definitely be staying again.

New and clean hotel which is ideally located.

No complaints at all

Room was nice, desk, waitress and cleaning staff friendly, but the restaurant and food quality needs a lot of improvement. Sent one meal back, and desert took 40mins to arrive for a chocolate brownie after asking twice. Cutlery also could benefit from a polish!!

Eventually, I had a lovely room. Initially, I was placed in a room with two single beds, even though I was travelling alone and had booked a standard double. I went down to request that my room be changed; although this was done swiftly, no form of apology was offered. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where the staff didn’t smile, let alone say hello or goodbye when clearly seeing me enter or leave the hotel. To top things off, I was held at the reception desk for 20 minutes, with a receptionist telling me I owed £65, even though I had already paid through Hotels.com (which, by the way, was more than £65). All in all, it’s a great property, but there was zero effort from staff to make me feel welcome.

Such a comfy and quiet hotel to stay in. Young lady who cleaned our room could not be replaced, just so helpful.

Clean rooms

One of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean, modern, new. With friendly staff and a tasty breakfast in the morning. If you’re looking to stay in the local area, would highly recommend with it being close to the motorway.

Breakfast was gone when we got down at 9.35 very disappointed with the lack of choice and quality of the food as there was 14 + people share out what was left a real shame to a nice stay
