良い点　清潔で朝食もおいしい。地下鉄駅に近く、マドリッド内の代表的な観光名所にも歩いていける場所にある。 残念な点　冷蔵庫・電気ポット・ドライヤー・セキュリティボックスは備え付けていない。

very good hotel

Close to Atocha station. Clean room. Friendly stuffs. Lots of bars and taverns in this area. No working desk in the room. People and noise in front of the hotel even in mindnight.

非常にコンパクトな部屋で無駄なものがありませんでしたが、清潔で快適に宿泊できました。アトーチャ駅から歩ける距離ですが、坂道が多く、スーツケースを持っての移動は大変でした。帰りはバスを利用しました。 1階にタコス屋さんがあり、明るくて安心出来ます。

徒歩2分の位置にスーパーがあり、とても便利です。受付のスタッフさんも陽気で優しいです。テレビ画面も映ります。注意点は、トイレとシャワールームのドアに鍵がついていないことくらいです。また、ホテルにはティッシュやドライヤーがありません。

El hotel cumple con lo necesario para la estancia. Estuve en el primer piso, se escucha el pasar del agua, las regaderas, los escusados. Esto es por la ubicación, pero afuera por la noche, se juntan muchos a fumar, tomar, gritar y platicar. No ayuda para dormir. El desayuno buffet es muy escueto. Pero esto es por la costumbre de los desayunos buffet de cada país.

Banyo ve tuvalet ayrı yerde lavabo ise odanın içindeydi. Büyük bir sorundu. Odalar küçük.

Air conditioning was good. The size was too small and layout of the room was odd; this added challenges for the simplest of tasks.I would not recommend this place unless they didn’t have a choice. Also, the temperature of the water changed significantly and wildly ( and not related to the toilet flushing ). The staff were gracious, friendly and overall excellent. Truly a budget hotel.

Gostamos muito!!! Hotel bem localizado, ao lado da estacao Lavapies e de um Carrefour 24hs O quarto e bem pequeno e nao possui frigobar. O cafe da manha e simples(tipo continental), nao muda praticamente nada. Ficamos por 9 dias, 5 dias com cafe da manha e os demais preferimos comprar no carrefour e comer no hotel, eles tem microondas disponivel para hospedes. As janelas/portas que dao para frente do hotel, nao vedam tao bem ao ponto de serem "anti-ruido" como eles falam, as pessoas ficam na rua falando alto e cantando e escutamos tudo. A equipe sempre muito simpatica e atenciosa. Voltaremos, com certeza

Personnel extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant ! Hotel très propre situé juste à côté du métro, et 15 minutes à pied du centre ville.

All good, and great price for the location. Modern hotel. The only downside, and this wasn't a problem for me as I'm a heavy sleeper but there was a lot of street noise (people shouting etc into the night) and the windows didn't block it out well. So if you're a light sleeper you might want to consider a different hotel or ask for a room that doesn't face the main street.

Lugar limpio, excelente recepción y espacios agradables . Cercanía al metro.

Small but adequate room. All updated and clean. Area is very busy at night so there is a bit of noise late especially on the weekend. Air condition worked great. Area is described as diverse. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores on block.20 minute walk to san Mercado Market 15 min to main square and most tourist starting points, very walkable. Homeless on street corner directly across from hotel.
