最高にきれいな客室で水廻りの環境もよく快適でした

客室はとても清潔で必要なものがちゃんと揃っていました。歯ブラシ、パジャマはありません。

メニュー豊富。スタッフも、適時様子を見て聞いてくれる。欲しいものを言えば、調理して提供してくれて、家族みんな満足です。

キール大学で用事がある時はぴったりのホテルです。一階にあるレストランのご飯とビールも美味しかったです！

キール大学での学会参加で連泊しました。スタッフは爽やかな接客で迎えてくれます。お部屋も広くきれいで快適、ロンドンでは考えられない安さでした。London Euston → Stoke on Trent → 25番バスでアクセスできましたよ。他の方の情報によるとStokeからタクシーも安くて便利(10分ちょっと)、朝ご飯メニューは毎日同じだったとのこと。レストラン、コーヒーショップ、バーが揃っていますが、周囲にお店は何もないのでそこだけ注意です。とても快適な数日間でした。

Lovely spacious and clean room! Modern & well equipped. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Caudwell Children as it’s so close! Lovely cooked breakfast! Large beds.

The hotel is super modern, the staff are so lovely and friendly. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and all hot which is sometimes hard to come by a hotel breakfast buffets.

Stopped for a night from check in to check out everything was great! Staff were all polite room was clean hotel was clean we didn’t hear a thing during the night (and I’m a light sleeper) we had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and the meal was excellent breakfast was excellent too ! Can’t fault anything at all Great night away

Stayed for 9 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is simple, but good value-for-money. The restaurant is good. Also, I love the location. Changing my room at the beginning of my stay became something of a mission, when it didn't need to be. The daily cleaning was inconsistent in its thoroughness and attention to detail. Overall, I feel communication about the hotel, its facilities and amenities could be better, which would allow guests to enjoy it more fully. Too much needs to be discovered, rather than being informed in advance. For example, how does the on-site Starbucks work when it is unstaffed? How do you access the gym? Where are the walks/running routes? So, the staff can be helpful when asked, but they meet people's needs rather than anticipate them.

- £5 for parking! - Breakfast was decent. - Carpet had stains in both rooms. Complained about it, was told no other room available (absolutely no interest in sending someone over to see what could be done). Please get a carpet cleaner!

Lovely rooms lovely showers nice people. Restaurant and bar are a bit pricey but overall a lively place to stay

Arrived at this hotel hoping for a good night’s sleep after a long drive on a very hot day. It became apparent quickly though that the A/C in the room was not working effectively and with no window to open, the whole room was baking hot and impossible to cool down. In general the room was well kept and had all the amenities you would want, although one of the towels was stained. Due to arriving later in the evening, and knowing the hotel was fully booked because of the Uni Open Day we didn’t complain but made them aware the following morning where they said a note would be sent to maintenance. A shame to pay a not inconsolable amount for the tiom and have a very poor night’s sleep.

Arrived at 6 only to find our Room wasn’t ready. Totally infuriating

Friendly staff. Clean room. The room is perfect for two people, but gets cramped with three. When the sofa bed is unfolded, it is difficult to access the wardrobe or fridge. A downside is the £5 per night parking fee.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, very good for an overnight for work. Only downside is you have to pay for parking, it's only £5 but nonetheless it would be nice if it was included. Overall though would recommend
