Terrible experience. Traveled from California to Il. to help our son convalate from pending surgery and to spend time w/grandkids for a 5 day stay. Pool for kids was essential. When we got there pool was our of order, Tv did not work and the wifi was down. Staff was useless, no timeline for resolution and gave us little hope that it would be resolved. Later we met a man who had been there for a month on business and told us these issue had been on going the entire time he was there. The cleanliness was not up to acceptable standards nor was the breakfast. We checked out the next day and booked with Embassy suites by Hilton at a comparative price. Will never stay a a Fairfield again!

The room and lobby were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient with numerous dining options.

two issues I had, wifi was terrible, even though I paid for upgrade service. Second, we were there 4 days, didn't clean the room once. The day they finally came was checkout day, started banging on door at 930am. Said we were leaving but could use some towels, she didn't speak a single word of english clearly, tried to understand what I wanted but just walked away, no towels....

Shower was broken. Nob that changed the water from shower head to hand held was broke off and was spraying threw both. Which cause water to get out of the shower. We had 6 people. 2 adults and 4 kids. Was only 3 towels in the room. Went to get more that evening and they said they didnt have and washed to give us extra and they where washing them now. When back in the morning. Got told the same thing. Around noon when i ask i did finally get more towels

From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. We were there to unwind and was looking for a peaceful and quiet time, that, we had.. thanks agsing especially to the front desk employees. we will be attending the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Midway airport early next month.. your team at the Bolingbrook location deserve " top job" badges lol..

Really nice place. Lots of space, very quiet, and safe.

The staff were very nice. The food was okay. It would have been nice to see more food options on different days. We stayed 4 days and by day 3 we were tired of the hotel breakfast. The pillows in our room felt pretty flat. And the hotel may want to consider putting people with children on a lower floor. The people below us made a noise complaint about our toddler jumping around in the room. Besides that, all was well.

I asked them if I could have clean sheets for the sofa bed. They basically said no, that there isn’t any because it’s not a bed. But they advertise that 5 people can sleep in the room given to me. It had a King Bed and the sofa bed , I wanted clean sheets. The receptionist was inconsiderate. Don’t sleep in the sofa bed she admitted they don’t clean them.

Very pleasant accommodations. I appreciated that the shower valve was easy to use without getting soaked. very comfortable and clean bathroom. creative window blind! The room interior was thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Not true of most competitors.

We didn’t realize there is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Otherwise it was great
