スタッフの対応が良かった。特にチェックインをした時の女性の対応は素晴らしかった。 またロンドンに来る機会があったら宿泊したいと思う。

It was more than enough for one person and I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind. I would like to stay here again. And I love Brighton. Thank you so much.

一泊しました。お部屋は広く清潔で、スタッフもとても優しかったですが、廊下が絨毯だったので24kgあるスーツケースを２つ転がすには不向きでした。空港の近くなので基本的に周りに何もありません。10分程歩くとスターバックス、15分程でマクドナルドがあります。

Firstly, having stayed at Marriott's all over the world for over 30 years, and having been part of the Marriott Vacation Club for years, this stay was incredibly disappointing. Room - When we checked in to our room, there was a plate of stale cakes on the table with a Thank You card from the manager to another guest. Begs the question - was our room cleaned before we checked in? (I have taken pictures of this). There wasn't enough toilet paper provided and to request more took our call being transferred to 3 people to get this. Parking - firstly if you are visitor for dinner - this is free, however if you are a PAYING guest and spend over £200 on food and drink, parking is not free for you. Room Service - To order an ice bucket to our room, it took our call to be transferred to 3 people before we were able to order this and there was a £4.50 service fee for Ice! NEVER have I been charged for Ice in a hotel. The hotel is run down and the staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Surprising, considering that there are so many hotels along the airport at the same price point - you would expect healthy competition would improve standards, but at this Marriott it is the converse. Having stayed at 10+hotels near Heathrow - this has to be the worst one.

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms

Disappointed that an airport hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport. There's a once per hour service at a charge. Otherwise, it's Uber or cab. I did enjoy the Indian restaurant for dinner. If you don't like Indian food, I didn't see any nearby options.

Very nice comfortable stay very clean room wirh excellent service by all staff. Food at hotel restaurant very nice and tasty. Will be back afain soon.

It was great! The room and facilities were in fantastic condition. I was confused by the random unexplained security check especially when the guy opened our door before I’d gotten to it. I would recommend in the future either explaining or allowing the person to get to the door. The breakfast food was amazing and the staff was so sweet.

Nice hotel and kind and helpful staff

I only stayed for one night but was very pleased by the staff's helpfulness, the quality of the food in the restaurant and the overall comfort of the bed/room. Would recommend this hotel.

Limited transportation options to get to Heathrow Airport.

Spacious, clean, convenient to the airport, Indian restaurant upstairs is great!

Location and ease of check in

I will never stay at this hotel again! The walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the next room. We were woken up at 4:00am by people in the neighbouring rooms coughing and talking. The breakfast is not good compared to other Marriott hotels. Overall our experience here was very disappointing. Don’t stay at this hotel you will be very disappointed.

Just needed a place near the airport for travel the next day. Clean, comfortable and well designed room. Just what we needed after two weeks of touring around the UK.
