スタッフが親切。

旧市街のバル、ショッピングエリアにも近く超便利なロケーションです。屋上のルーフトップバーのとても良い感じです。

部屋は狭く、スタイリッシュですが標準的なシティホテルです。シャワートイレが付いていましたがうごきませんでした。飲料水のボトルサービスはチェックイン時だけでした。朝食はgoodです。何より、駅から歩いて行けて、バル街にも1km足らずで行ける立地が良い点でしょう。バスはモンテ・イゲルドに行ったとき以外使いませんでした。

フロントのサービスが良かった。

落ち着いた静かな環境のホテルです。 内装は使いやすい仕様になっていて、快適に過ごせました。

Clean and Cozy Room!

Excellent breakfast and stuff. We could get all of necessary information from stuff.

バル街の飲み歩き、市街地でのショッピングにはかなりよい立地だと思いました。景色が素晴らしいので10分程度の徒歩ならまったく苦にならないと思います。それからホテルのスタッフはにこやかな方が多く、会話のフィーリングも合ってとても楽しかったです。

Looks great from the outside and has an excellent location but is definitely a run down travel lodge on the inside. Breakfast area is too cramped and not enough selection.

Ok hotel, but very overpriced. Carpets are tired and stained. Check in staff were great. Breakfast was well below average for the region, only one member of staff to serve everyone and the food was poor quality (ingredients not preparation),

A stylish hotel, located close to the heart of San Sebastián and its attractions. Staff throughout were helpful & courteous at all times. On the downside, the breakfast buffet area was very congested due there being little space.

This hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. At most two and a half. The rooms are missing standard items like hair conditioner, shower caps, Q-tips, etc. Furthermore, soap and shampoo are locked like in a cheap motel. It was very hard to get anything out of the bottle. The hotel does not have parking or any valet/bellhops services. In-room coffee service does not offer even a cheap creamer. There is mold in the shower stalls, and towels show their age. I could go on and on, but I hope the point gets across. I blamed Expedia for the miscategorization of this hotel.

Hotel was in a great location - few minutes walk from bus station arriving from Bilbao and for aeroport. Just along the river and easy (10 mins) to Old Town. Breakfast had great options and staff extremely helpful. Would love to stay again

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean, and amazing rooftop views. My only complaint is that the fitness center is clearly outdated. There's one multi-purpose lifting machine that has wires sticking out and pieces missing.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to old town and beaches. Really clean throughout. Breakfast offering constantly restocked and fresh. All staff friendly and helpful, only criticism would be the hotel bar closed at 10.30 so if you want a nightcap make sure you’re back in time.
