Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.

excellent place to stay, as long as you can do self check in it’s perfect - they provide all amenities needed, towels, air freshener, slippers, shampoo, soap etc. Worked well with 4 people. For self check in it’s extremely important you do it on the email they send you, makes checking in much easier. Then at the hotel all you need is to take a photo of yourself on the ipad, you can skip the passport step. Then they give the floor number and passcode.
