Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small but have everything you need. Also close to main attractions of Barcelona so if you’re visiting, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

En relação a acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência, pode melhorar em relação a posição do sabonete na pia, muito longe pra quem está em cadeira de rodas. O chuveiro também poderia ter as opções de chuveiro no alto e chuveirinho móvel, o que facilita o banho para uma pessoa com decisão. No mais tudo otimo

Localização espetacular, e staff super atencioso! O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, e contar com frigobar, mas, no geral, recomendo demais o hotel!

It is the best hotel in Europe that I have been to, and I have been to a lot! The staff is great and the room was lovely! Controllable air-conditioning! Breakfast was terrific!

Reasonably priced, staff were very helpful and welcoming (especially the breakfast team), rooms had the essentials. The main downside was the walls are very thin, so it’s pretty noisy, particularly in the mornings when neighbouring rooms are checking out.
