This is a great apartment that provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It's spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, perfectly situated right across from Hofer (Aldi) and just a few blocks from Lidl, making grocery shopping very convenient. Plus, the tram stop is only a few meters away for easy, quick access to the city center. We appreciated the convenience of having both a large bathroom and a separate lavatory. The host also thoughtfully provided coffee pods, which was a nice touch upon arrival. The only areas for improvement relate to the quality of the bedding and laundry amenities. The pillows were unfortunately thin and uncomfortable, and the linen and towels are in urgent need of replacement. We also noted the absence of a starter kit for the washing machine and dishwasher, which was something we found standard in all other properties during our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment.

Tilava asunto. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä. Täydellinen nukkumisjärjestely ystäville. Sijainti todella hyvä. Kauppa vastapäätä ja kaksi ratikkalinjaa kulkee läheltä.

Very nice property

Most of the facilities are in good quality, especially the dinning table.However, no washing basin or drain making it inconvenience in the toilet.

Wir hatten Top 8 gebucht, das Apartment war sauber, die Betten sind gut. Im allgemeinen könnte der Zustand des Apartments ein bisschen aufgebessert werden, es ist ein wenig „verwohnt“. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, was den Straßenlärm gut abhält. Ich hätte mir lieber eine ganz einfache Kaffemaschine gewünscht statt der Espressomaschine. Die Küche ist sehr klein, die Ausstattung minimal,erwartet nicht, dass man da wirklich etwas kochen kann. Die Entfernung zur ersten Hop on - Hop off Bus Haltestelle ist ca. eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß entfernt, die Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Direkt vor der Tür hat man einen Hofer (der österreichische Aldi). Im allgemeinen waren wir recht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Proper en gezellig, vlakbij openbaar vervoer! Mooie kamers met een goed bed en een rolluik voor verduistering. Heel rustige omgeving. Een aanrader! Enkel jammer dat we pas 35 minuten later in het appartement konden. Er werd op mijn bericht via Expedia die ik stuurde voor vertrek niet gereageerd.

It is spacious and clean, right next to a train station, also there is a big grocery store in front of the building!

property was clean and ready when we got there. Email instructions were clear and front office was helpful. A short walk to the train that takes you into the city and having a convenience store right next to the appartment was great. Overal we had a great experience staying here.

Very nice and clean apartment

The apartment was very spacious. There are two very close tram lines but it is far from everything. The grocery store across is a big plus. The couches had stains. Overal nice apartment but not a convenient location.

Property was far from the center but there is a tram stop right in front of the property and there is also a grocery store Hofer in front of the property.

Great place for a short or extended stay in Vienna. It is nice to have extra space to relax in. Tram is 100 m from front door so whole of city is easily accessable.
