清潔　ご飯が美味しい

ホテルのスタッフの対応が非常に良く、快適にすごせました。部屋も写真通りです。 また泊まりに来たいです。

清潔で朝食も美味しいですが、浴室とトイレが狭く古いです

エレベーターがないのが残念 とはいえフロアを下に変更と柔軟に対応頂きました。共同シャワーでしたが清潔で湯量もたっぷりと心地良かったです 朝ごはんは欧州らしいパンとチーズ、ハム、果物の組み合わせで、いれたてのカプチーノを出して頂き大満足でした

スイス１日目の宿。チューリッヒからたどり着いた素敵な街でした。街は、山間の中の 素敵なたたずまいの街でした。が、ホテルに入っても、誰も対応しません。すぐ傍にいた女性に、声をかけたところ、まず無視されました。もう一度訪ねたところ顔だけで、「あっち側へ行け」と云う態度。温厚な主人ですが、かなり気分を害していました。全く従業員の教育がなっていません。折角の楽しい気分が半減。 さらに下の方は、レストラン・パブになっていて、夜中までかなりうるさいでした。 山間の静かな町で、夜中まで酔っ払いの声。 出来ればもう泊まりたくないですね。外観などは素敵なのですが・・・ 街は素敵です。出来ればぜひ立ち寄ってほしい街です。

チェックイン当日応対してくれた若い女性は、客の応対がなっていない。レストランもこの女性がやっているのだが、食事の時も不親切で、極めて不愉快だった。そのため最悪のホテルと評価していたが、翌日の朝、この女性に日本語で文句を言って帰ってこようと思ったら、別の若い女性に変わっていた。この女性は愛想がよかったので、評価はかなり改善した。対応さえよければ、値段は安いし、場所もいいところにあるお勧めホテルだったのだが。

Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too. My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. I found her quite intimidating

Excelente localização, próximo à Estação Ferroviaria, ao Centro Comercial e a um grande número de bares e restaurantes. Para ficar perfeito, precisa melhorar o sinal de Internet no quarto em que ficamos hospedados.

The room was basic but the bathroom was poor - having a shower curtain instead of a shower screen and a limited shower over a bath. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast - mostly sweet pastries alongside cold meats and cheese. It had good access to the local area and train station.

Easy walk from the train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a nice Swiss meal in the Hôtel restaurant.

Very nice small hotel in the old town of Chur. Cosy restaurant with good food and excellent service.

1st floor double room with bathroom was perfect. Check-in was super quick - they stayed a few extra minutes past 10pm to accommodate of train arrival time. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

The room and bathroom were very dated. The bedroom door would not close. We had to lock the door with the key when in the room. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly. Breakfast was nice. It was continental. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very nice, The location was very good. The rooms and bathroom do need to be refurbished.
