コンシェルジュのスタッフは親切で、質問にも迅速に対応してくれました。4人で宿泊したのですが、バスタオルは3セットしかありませんでした。追加セットをお願いしましたが、何度も電話したにもかかわらず、1時間後にようやく届きました。ソファベッドがベッドのように伸びていなかったことを除けば、部屋は全体的に清潔で広々としていました。

セントーサ島エリアに初めて滞在しましたが、このホテルは本当に素晴らしい選択でした。全体的に見て、価格以上の価値がありました。

都会の喧騒から逃れたいなら、素晴らしいホテルとロケーションです。

全体的に、スタッフも部屋も素晴らしかったです。妻と娘たちはまた泊まりに来たいと言っていました。

立地は良く、インビア駅のすぐ隣です。子供連れに優しいビレッジホテルのプールも利用できます。スタッフもフレンドリーです。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でしたが、部屋にゴキブリがいました:(。

This is the perfect hotel if you guys want to go to Universal Studio. Because of easy access on train! Also the scenery, and the staff was so polite.

Concierge was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Housekeeping was thoughtful. Highly recommended great stay.

Old interiors..sub par and limited breakfast. More like 4.5 stars than 5 stars.

The room and the property looks tired, staff could be more friendly and accommodating, except for its good location, there’s not much to offer. ‘wont consider staying here again on my next visit.

old building hotel and quite, but the interior was good. I came with children and paid for 4 pax room, but the hotel need charge more for 3/4 guests, felt cheated by the hotel. 100% will never stay at this hotel again.

We stay at 517 for 2 nights with group of people who stayed at the same level. The bathroom has *heavy urine smell* and we hardly use it. We didn’t inform the reception because my son didn’t want to move as his cousin stayed next to our room. One good thing about this hotel, it allowed us to late check out.

Hotel meryidien excellent terlihat hotelnya klasik namun mewah petugasnya ramah-ramah. Dekat dengan sentosa dan universal studio.

Mọi thứ khá tốt.Tôi sẽ quay lại lần sau.

Kamar kecil dan sarapan terbatas.

Sangat bagus, dapat upgrade kamar, salah satu kamar hotel terbaik yang pernah saya dapatkan, pintu kamar mandi otomatic, kamar luas, akses dekat ke USS, Casino, semua walking distance.
