Booked for 2 rooms. When we arrived as per staff no more rooms were available. Staff told us to just cancel the booking so we could receive a refund. Last minute? After some argument. They sold us a different room. Very disappointed. I have used the app a couple of times for booking plane tickets and hotels. This is the first time something like this happened. And also please check, most of the facility that is offered is not as advertised. Thank you.
