ボルティモア空港からのフライトのために１泊しました。しかし、ロケーションも悪く車でないといけないところです。近くに大きなショッピングモールがあってそこまで無料シャトルがあるのが利点。でも、スタッフの対応がかなり悪過ぎて過去泊まったホテルで１番最悪の対応でした。

Everything went well, Food, front desk service was great. The room was clean and we had a great time.

There are two Hiltons attached by one lobby. One side gets breakfast the other doesn’t. The staff were very nice. The brand of soap 0 smells like bug spray. Bring your own soap with you. Not sure why they had U-Haul moving someone in. This property is sub par to the overall Hilton experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice and convenient to restaurants and shopping. However, we did notice hair in the shower and was not aware of the $100 hold on our card until we saw the transaction and had asked the front desk.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of the room.

The location was ok, but not anything spectacular. I would rather have spent half the price and stayed at the Holiday Inn. The rooms were sparse and with an open bay shower, water went everywhere, that I had to wipe every time I took a shower. Also, they charge for continental breakfast...$10 for terrible muffins and oatmeal. A total ripoff

Best thing about the room was the bed! So comfortable although a bit of a climb to get into. Our room, 630, needs a few minor fixes though - a wobbly toilet, a loose shower curtain rod and a non working light in the microwave area. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable room. Also, I’d like to acknowledge our shuttle driver, Chris! Very friendly and an asset to the hotel.

Bad experience at the bar. Bartender was awful. When I reordered a cocktail, instead of making it new, just poured the left overs in his shaker into my old glass(didn’t even pour out the old ice) and then poured more sour and more booze on top. Tasted different each time. Also was aggressively hitting on my co worker. She was so uncomfortable when we left that she asked me to escort her to her room.
