Magnifique chambre , hôtel super bien placé , petit déjeuner superbe sous les orangers . Personnel très sympathique

Perfectly located close to Old Town. There are plenty of parking options around, plenty of availability in low season. Accommodation and staff were fantastic, rooms clean and immaculate. Would highly recommend this place for convenience, ambience and location.

The hotel was beautiful. Nice rooms, staff really helpful, profesional and friendly. The location was perfect. Steps away from Pile gate. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Luxurious boutique hotel, I was in heaven ending our 3 week Croatia journey there for our last 4 nights!

The garden area for breakfast was outstanding as was the service. We started our day in a very positive way. Ivana and the rest of the staff were always very gracious and took time to discuss aspects of Croatia that we were curious about. They also made great recommendations for our tours. We would definitely recommend and return to Heritage Villa Nobile Adults only in Dubrovnik. Excellent experience. 😊

Amazing small hotel. Perfect location right next to the old town. The garden was beautiful to sit in and have drinks and breakfast in the morning. It really made our weekend special. Thoroughly recommended.

Spectacular historic villa just outside the walled city. The rooms and breakfast were 5-star. Cant say enough about our stay. We'll be returning and I can't think of staying anywhere else!

What a beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and very well decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was lovely to leave the hustle and bustle of the old city to sit in the lovely gardens and relax. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Un lugar ideal, pocas habitaciones con excelente categoría. Personal excelente , desayuno en el jardín, a pasos de la puerta principal de la ciudad vieja. Para de taxis y buses al lado, estacionamiento de autos. Tranquilidad, servicio de calidad y seguridad. Muy recomendable

El hotel está ubicado en un punto estratégico. Frente a la puerta de pile. Es muy tranquilo para un buen descanso. Un oasis en la ciudad! Muy recomendable, fácil acceso sin caminatas con maletas.. habitaciones generosas y su personal es extremadamente amable.

I thought of our room as a little oasis in this bustling area. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful. And, the location couldn’t be beat – just a couple minutes’ walk to the Pile Gate. We enjoyed breakfast each day at our own table in the garden. Lovely stay.

Wonderful stay, incredibly helpful staff. The only negative was it was hard to find and transport luggage.

Conveniently located next to old City Pile Gate. Small hotel. Generously sized rooms are very nicely decorated with large bathrooms. Room was very quiet even given its busy location. Staff and owner couldn't have nicer. Continental breakfast was overly generous, far more than what we usually have. The hotel is within a walled garden courtyard on a pedestrian street.

Absolute perfection

Perfect location, 2mins walk from the Old Town walls but completely tranquil and calming setting. Staff went out of their way providing recommendations, great service. Would return!
