空港近くで便利ですが、中心部に行くにはレンタカーを使った方がいいです。

部屋は綺麗で広々している。外の眺めはマウンテンビューでとても爽快です。 駐車スペースが限定的なので早い者勝ちです。

綺麗で快適な部屋でした。 ただ，時間外のチェックインだったため，キーボックスの扱いが分からず，チェックイン出来ないのではとヒヤヒヤしました。通り過ぎた宿泊客が助けてくれてどうにか開けることができました。キーボックスの開けた方の説明があると良かったです。

This was my first-time visiting Queenstown, and this hotel was the perfect place to enjoy the scenic beauty of Queenstown. The Remarkables’ ridgeline was visible right in front of the hotel, and it was truly beautiful. To get to the hotel, we had to take a shuttle bus from the airport and then walk for about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant walk. There are other hotels in Queenstown that are busier and closer to restaurants, but I think this hotel is the best for enjoying the magnificent scenery. There was a convenience store next to the lobby, and I was able to enjoy a light meal on the terrace. The front staff was very kind and made sure we didn't have any problems. The room was clean and perfect, but there was only one problem. There was no water in the shower or washroom, only boiling water. There was nothing we could do because it was a time when the staff weren't there, but we got through it with our own ingenuity. Other than that, it was a really great stay. 初めてクイーンズタウンを訪れ、クイーンズタウンの風光明媚な景色を楽しむのにこのホテルは最高だった。ホテルの目の前にはリマーカブルズの稜線が見え、本当に美しかった。ホテルまで行くには、空港から巡回バス（1番線）に乗ったあと10分程度歩く必要があったが、気持ちのいい散歩だった。クイーンズタウンの町中にはもっとにぎやかでレストランの近いホテルもあるが、雄大な景色を楽しむにはこのホテルが一番だと思う。ロビーの横にはコンビニもあり、軽食をテラス席で楽しむことができた。フロントスタッフの方はとても親切で、私たちが困ったことがないかとても気にかけてくれた。部屋も清潔で申し分ないが、1点だけ問題があった。シャワーや洗面所の水道が、水が出ず熱湯しか出てこなかった。スタッフの方がいない時間帯だったのでどうにもならなかったが、自分たちの工夫で乗り切りました。その点以外は本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。

とても清潔でシャワーの温度や水圧も快適でした！景色も良く、スタッフの方も親切でした。またクイーンズタウンに来たときは利用したいです。 ※無料駐車場の数が限られているので、レンタカーの場合は満車時には少し面倒かもしれません。

施設、部屋が綺麗で清潔でした。 静かでとてもゆったり過ごせます。 雄大な山、景色を近くに体感できました。

Room was good and clean in a modern building however two issues: 1. The a/c despite being turned off, kept making noises all night: 2. Being told ‘oh well’, I would have to pay for parking in the lot next door as the car park was full is a bit rich for the location not being in a centre and that spaces under the building were reserved for owners yet free

Nice and modern hotel. Inconvenient things to me were insufficient parking and had to pay for parking at neighboring lot, no front desk staff after 9pm and no breakfast included for a pricey hotel. A big plus was that room had washer and dryer.

Hotel lobby staff she was very friendly and delightful. She suggested a lovely place to eat that we enjoyed. A washer/dryer was A big benefit.

The room itself was great lovely bed and linen . The huge beam across window was horrible

The room was perfectly functional and had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We had a view of the next door apartment but that wasn’t a problem as we checked out by 5am. Front desk staff answered our questions (we’d read there was a restaurant there - there isn’t) and booked us a taxi for our early flight.

The room was spotless and the suff was excellent

Nice rooms. Quiet. Only drawback is lack of coffee shop/dining on site.

Well located place to stay when you don’t want to stay in Queenstown. Much prefer this than staying in a the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
