Lovely apartment- perfect location for centre of Cardiff and accessing the castle, the Taff trail and Bute Park. Super clean, well equipped kitchen - all we could need. Only thing was the parking is an extra charge and was a little tight for space.

The overall building is a little old but it is worth the money. Do not go in expecting a five star stay as it’s basically a three star experience. They do not have basic items such as tissue papers or toiletries. But I will commend the front desk guy Richard. He was extremely helpful and did provide me with extra towels and offered cleaning during my stay. But I don’t hold anything against him it’s just that the property needs a slight upgrade.

Had a great 1 night stay in Cardiff as part of a driving holiday across Wales. Apartment is very conveniently located and has excellent facilities and access to cafes dining and a short walk to Cardiffs Main Street. Brand new and spacious kitchen.

A nice enough place to stay. Not a four star accommodation, however. Arrived to find a used bath towel and some crumbs and debris on the table and chairs left by previous guest(s). Charged us to check out at 11 am.

Parking was fully booked but I managed to find parking elsewhere for free. Nice room, cosy

Clean and convenient for city centre. Parking is very tricky due to space - but we managed. The light by the door which I think is for the fire alarm is so bright it's like trying to sleep with a light on - not great for me but might not bother some people. Other than that I couldnt fault it

Spires Cardiff Great location for the city centre easy walk to Principality stadium and Cardiff castle absolutely loads of restaurants and bars Parking is a bit on the tight side as it’s underneath the property so if you have a big car ie Estate try and get bay 1 or 2 Will definitely stay there again when next overnighting in Cardiff Shout out for Richard the Manager great service and communication

Easy hassle-free access to building in a great area ( just past Cardiff Castle near Sophie Gardens nearby). The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay. Kitchen/community room was very well equipped. Would definitely try and book again in the future.

Very good location, close enough to town, but in a quiet Away close to lovely park.

We checked into the property at the weekend when there wasn’t anyone manning reception. We rang ahead and were able to drop our bags off at the apartment before we could check in as we had an event to go to. The staff were really accommodating in arranging this for us and even put the bags up in our apartment when it was ready so that they were there when we checked in. Rooms were clean and relaxing. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was spotless.

Great stay we booked 2 apartments and it was perfect. Comms was great and we forgot some items which they kindly put in the post back to us. Thanks!!

Amazing Location

Were not made aware parking had to be pre booked and couldn't be done outside Mon-Fri business hours. We booked on Saturday for same day due to hospital emergency for family member. Were informed of nearby parking which was more expensive due to Rugby and didn't have in-out option. Property was very good.

Two lovely apartments booked. Clean and tidy. Perfect location. Parking can be a squeeze depending on vehicle. Second time of booking and would book again.
