ベットに枕側に前の方の髪の毛がありました。 椅子の敷パット下にはゴミが溜まってました。 シャワーがシャワーヘッド固定となっており使いづらかったです。 細かすぎるのかもですが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

Nice hotel in the hip district baltic triangle. Very nice staff, comfy rooms and even free but limited parking in front of the hotel. Only 15 min walk into the city or the docks. Room was a little dark and there was no warderobe or something to unpack the luggage. Also we were missing a room service during our 3 day stay. Overall we would recommend the hotel though:)

The room was clean and a good size, shower also a good size. Basin in room was different but not in a bad way. Comfortable bed Well located for both Albert Dock & City Centre

I very much enjoyed my stay at The Baltic. I found it very good value. The high point for me was the friendliness of the staff, who I found consistently excellent.

We stayed at The Baltic Hotel for one night as part of a birthday trip to Liverpool and it was brilliant from start to finish. The room was really comfortable — exactly what you want after a full day in the city. What makes this place special though is the music memorabilia throughout. As a music lover it was a joy to take it all in, and it gave the hotel a real character and identity that you don't get at a standard chain. The staff were genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent too, well worth staying in for. And the views. We had a brilliant outlook over the city — you can see the Radio City Tower and the cathedral from the upper floors on a clear day. Stunning on a sunny morning. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Liverpool — especially if you love music and want somewhere with a bit of soul.

Great quirky hotel, with excellent staff.

Uncomfortable bed that dipped. Refused to serve breakfast as claimed pre order required. Pre order requirement was not referenced on website on in hotel breakfast advertisments or at point of booking in. Would not even serve a coffee while i waited for nearby cafe to open.

Such friendly staff and lovely quiet rooms.

I loved my stay so much, my only complaint is I wish the rooms mini fridge had some water and soft drinks!

The Hotel is ok, but the staff were all excellent. We stayed in the room 39, which was one of the “groupie” rooms which sleeps 4. The room was big enough for a family of 4. It has a large fridge and 4 windows, however, the blinds are electric, operated by a remote control, but only 1 of them worked, so they were stuck in the same position. And to get some light in we had to fold the broke ones up. Very poor. Overall the room was ok except the selotape on the walls where a previous guest had obviously had balloons or decorations up. The location is about a 20 min walk from the City Centre and relatively near the Docks. Breakfast was ok, though it’s a set menu. Would be back? No. Was expecting more for what we paid, bearing in mind the location.

I had to request to change rooms as the first room was cold, but following that all was satisfactory and an enjoyable stay.

The room was really warm, like an oven… the fridge was really loud, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the windows you could hear everything outside, the decor was moody teenager (painted all black) but the staff were super nice 😊

Great staff

Staff all very pleasant and helpful ( my husband uses a wheelchair and they assisted with that) Breakfast good value, room nice and clean and I liked the “ informal” style of the place. Only thing I would say was I couldn’t turn off the radiator in the room at night but, as they had 24 hour desk service, I suppose I could have asked them.

What a great hotel that knows who it is and does it very well! Great style and great comfort!
