There was no hot water. The entrance door was broken and the air coming in from outside was cold. But it was cheap, so it was acceptable.

Great hotel, room was clean, bathroom was spotless, it had a min fridge and small microwave hotel was quiet .Right across the street from the trolley system that leads into Philly and the outskirts of Philly which is very convenient, walking distance from a Wawa. Very friendly staff definitely would book here again next time I come to Philadelphia

Good value for money. Small room but it was only me for one night. Only minus point is the lack of of a door chain.

Staff very polite and accomodating, room clean and satisfactory for overnight stay. No hot water in shower, however!

It is a very nice motel. Great location, great staff, great price. Rooms are clean and has everything you need.

Clean but very basic room. Good value for money. Easy access to D1 Septa line and 476 interstate. I'll stay there again.

Everything went smoothly

We requested a non-smoking room, but the room we received had a definite smoke smell plus cleaner smell. Front desk guy lied and said that it was their air freshener scent. He wouldn't assign us to another room because according to him the hotel was at max capacity. Don't be fooled by the good ratings, this hotel should be a 5 out of 10. You get what you pay for.

Lovely little independent motel in a nice (safe) neighborhood in Philadelphia. Room was very clean and they were nice about checking in past 1 AM after a late flight. Staff were friendly and quick. Easy walk to the grocery store with plant based options.

The property was clean and quiet I liked it 10/10

Place was average, peeling paint and such, there was a storm and for 2 days no power, no hot water, they should have generators to at least keep the customers comfortable.

Power just came back on as I got there. Not their fault. I was let in my room and told I’d get a key as soon as the WiFi came back up. I never got the key. So I was unable to leave my room to get food or explore the area

Power went out 10 minutes after checking in.

Wawa was right across the street and so was public transportation
