Some of the staff weren't particularly welcoming (asking to see ID was the first greeting). There was a strong 'drain smell' in the room, and there was some sort of mechanical humming outside the room all night which vibrated the headboard. The room was clean but basic and not well-maintained (some power outlets didn't work, there were some loose fixtures and fittings). Decent shower and comfortable bed.

First time ever saying this, but please change staff with a machine. No response from Hotel to me or hotels.com when communicating before or after stay. Hotel/ Rooms are relatively new. No view from the rooms. The shower is very nice. Building near big road but soundproofing is good. I did not try the rooftop. 5min drive to O2 Arena, 15min to Excel Exhibition, 20min to canary Warf.

Hotel was mainly clean and ok, but not as good quality as I expected from Radisson brand.

This hotel was terrible, dirty, grubby and not what we expected.

Everything was brilliant apart from the top floor sky 'Bar' which does not serve alcohol....

Stayed here recently for a concert at the o2 and it was the perfect hotel for the occasion the check in staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was a clean well designed place, the room was very comfortable for the nights stay as well The walk is also very easy from the o2 and even at night we found it a safe and comfortable journey I would definitely stay again for any future events at the o2

The room was clean, some parts of the wallpaper had started to peel, staff were really nice and welcoming, they helped wherever they could, moved us rooms as there was a strong smell of sewage coming from our bathroom, breakfast was nice

Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel.

Breakfast menu was great and staff were very helpful. However i could not sleep very well as other residents were making and lot of noise during the night inside and outside the hotel. There was nothing being done about this. I guess they are entitled to there fun !

Perfect location to stay for the O2 arena Beautiful rooms Clean and tidy Bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty

Loads of dust in the room when I arrived. Shower tube was leaking, many of the holes in the shower head were clogged with limescale. Planks were hanging because the screws were loose. Box with tissues in bathroom was empty. Handsoap and shower gel is the same liquid. And very watery, definitely mixed with water. I borrowed a travel adapter from the reception desk but it didn't work. Half of the rooms electricity plugs didn't work but the other half did so I managed. Desk lamp was unplugged, took me a while to find the correct wire. Internet is very slow and has zero security, do not use. The area around this hotel is horrible, broken down buildings, construction and garbage everywhere. This hotel is only meant for people going to the O2 and stay for one night. Breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly.

Good location, friendly staff…. Rooms a bit tired and shower drain was blocked, flooded the bathroom, not ideal!

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Zimmerservice war nicht da und es hat nach Abfluss im Zimmer gerochen.

alt var fint go seng gode værelser . det larmer lidt ude for vejen speciael når rengøring ubner vinduerne ude på gangen om morgen så kan høre det gennem døren og elevatoren .. så book væk fra den hvis du gerne vil sove uforstyret

Great hotel, convenient parking in London and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend!
