駅までは徒歩15〜20分ですが、ホテルではホテルから駅まで、またその逆のシャトルバスを定期的に運行しています。

ホテルは清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーですが、最寄り駅からは少し離れています。ランドリールーム、冷蔵庫があり、トイレも素晴らしいです。

素晴らしいロケーション、ホテルのシャトルバスあり。サービスも素晴らしい。

これは実は隠れた名店で、大阪の賑やかな街から少し離れたところにあります。ドラッグストアはすぐ向かい、ダイソーは1分、ローソンも向かいにあり、スタッフはとても親切でした。

Everything except the location was exceptional. We reserved the studio room, and pretty much everything you needed was there. Service was excellent, too. 1. I emailed to ask several questions and they never let you wait more than half a day for a reply. 2. I wanted to use Yamato delivery service, and they arranged everything for me (except for payment of course) 3. Baby cot was excellent condition, all kitchen utensils were provided. They even provided detergent if you want to use the washing machine. 4. Room size was not the biggest, but still decent considering we had baby cot in the room. 5. Sadly the location is not that great, 10-15mins walking distance from Shin-Osaka st, so if you have lots of luggages, be prepared. Convenience store is just across the hotel.

The first impression about this hotel is amazing. All things you need is ready on the room such as all kitchen things (superb), iron, air purifier, washing machine, TV, high tech toilet, and etc. The room is very clean, cozy, big and tidy also. The minus one for this hotel is little bit far from the station, but it will be just small minus thing if you are the true traveller. I will stay in this hotel again if I going to Osaka again. My family and I enjoy this hotel so much.
