とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切でした❗️ 携帯をバス（フェニックス空港からホテルまで乗ったバス）に忘れてしまった時もさっと電話をしてくれて、部屋まで携帯を届けてくれてびっくりしました。 自分は英語があまり上手くないのでとても助かりました。 朝食も美味しく、いろんな種類のものがありました。食べ終わったお皿をサッと下げてくれたりスタッフの方がとても親切でした。 7泊させていただきましたが、ロビーも廊下も 掃除も行き届いていていつもピカピカ。 プールも気持ちよかったです。 ホットタブがちょうど良い温度（37℃くらい❓）で日中の疲れが癒されました。お風呂に入るのが好きな日本人にはめちゃくちゃありがたいと思います。 ホットタブに入って温まってからプールで泳ぐと9月でもとても気持ちよかったです。 バス乗り場もホテルのすぐそばにあるので車が無い方にもオススメです。 またセドナに行く時は絶対にここに泊まります。

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had in my life. The hotel facilities and safety were well given, but the most wonderful thing was the warm and heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. I was really impressed. I stayed there for 7 days, and I was amazed at the professional and excellent service given to each and every guest at such a large brand hotel, with never a single unpleasant experience. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I got car sick and wasn't feeling well when I checked in, but Ms. ASTEL at the front desk brought me water as a service and I felt better, Thank you :), the two Ms. LAURA who speaks fluent Japanese, the manager who always treated me kindly and with a smile (we took a picture together!) , ADAM and STEPHEN who always made me laugh at breakfast, and the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room, Really! Really! Amazing! Everyone was so wonderful that I cried on the bus to the airport on the way back. Sedona is a beautiful town with many beautiful tourist spots, but I remember that the staff at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona had the most beautiful hearts on this trip. Next time I visit Sedona, I will definitely stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona! I am looking forward to seeing you all again.💗💗💗 Thank you very much for providing me such an excellent pleasant stay!

Quiet, safe, clean, short drive to downtown (2-3 miles). So many walking trails nearby. Near Cultural Park that is the best site ti see sunsets for free and star gaze.

I loved the red rock points of interest near me. All the staff was great and helpful.

Would not stay here again. You have to pay $25 a day for parking and it’s way out of town, no restaurants nearby and no restaurant in hotel. Room was so smelly we had to change rooms. The pull out bed was the worst we’ve ever seen and we use pull out beds a lot. Pool was nothing special. No views. Breakfast was ok.

The facility is in amazing shape. The grounds and pool area are lovely for lounging. The staff was so helpful. I am in a wheelchair, and they made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.

Overcharging charging pet fees twice no boundaries entered my room without permission twice when two signs of do not disturb and pet sign on the door.Traumatized my cat and mold and toxic chemicals in the vent when turned on.We paid over 500$per night and left unwell.

Breakfast is amazing and the staff are attentive

Very unfortunate experience with front office staff on a Saturday. We had been given a handicapped access room as they said they were full up ( fair) but when we went to ask for a full ironing table and a portable full-size mirror, they declined any help, openly lied to us, threatened to have us thrown out. Never have we encountered anything like this. The front office staff on the Monday were more polite. But we are simply shocked that an iconic company like Marriott can per It behavior like that of Saturday in the hospitality industry. Happy to talk more on this
