Good.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed in for a long time. Facilities are excellent and it’s so close to the train station. Had a massive thunderstorm first night I stayed didn’t hear a thing or see anything due to the great black out curtains and glazing!

Nice clean modern property. Our room was very quiet. It was a 5 minute walk to hop on Train to Windsor. The restaurant was closed for dinner so we didn’t try it. Close to shops and restaurants, very nice staff!

Front desk staff was not too friendly, average attendance

Breakfast was terrible. Cold powdered scrambled egg. Restaurant shut at weekends. Avoid. We have stayed in many places near pinewood studios and this is the worst so far.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Space was fantastic in the room. Lovely comfy beds. Staff couldn’t do enough at check in etc. so handy to have a small kitchen too especially travelling with children. One small area which could be improved would be allergen awareness at breakfast. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of differences between gluten free and vegan for example. Otherwise a great hotel and would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. It’s located in a great area. There’s lots of parks and beautiful sceneries around. Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in London.

Lovely place with kitchenette and a dining area, which is useful for heating up leftovers when we have stayed more than one night. Conveniently located in Slough, with great food options and a short drive from Legoland. Residence Inn has been out go-to place when we visit Legoland given it's location convenience and overall cleanliness.

Studio room was very spacious. Perfect for kids having a separate room. Kids eating free at the restaurant was a nice bonus too.

Standard residence property... great lounge and library... rooms look little old though...few amenities like the iron box were not in good shape

Room was lovely and clean but just too dark, there are only lamps, asked for another lamp but didn’t make much difference. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Can’t fault anything else only dark room.

Expedia couldn't reach them to cancel the hotel in time when my travel was disrupted due to storm. .

The hotel is acceptable overall, but with some notable drawbacks. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a definite positive, and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping is not automatic and needs to be requested separately, which was inconvenient. Room cleanliness was okay but not great — the room felt a bit grubby rather than truly clean. Breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were not fresh, and the overall selection was just average. The split setup between the Residence Inn and the Moxy Hotel is also quite strange. Although you book and stay on the Residence Inn side, all facilities — including the restaurant and weekend breakfast — are located in the Moxy building. This was confusing and not clearly communicated. Overall, it’s a serviceable stay, but there is room for improvement, particularly around housekeeping, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.

Clean and spacious room with everything you could possibly need. Facilities at location are great and the breakfast was also very tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Vi hadde en leilighet med ett soverom her. Kjøkken, spisested, sovesofa og king size seng. Nytt og moderne. Frokost i 9. etasje med flott utsikt. Kort vei til Windsor, som er en flott by og ikke bare et slott). Utrolig komfortabel seng. Både stikkontakt og usb-lading ved senga. Også den nye usb-c. Det settes pris på. Skal jeg pirke på noe, så er det smart-tv som er begrenset til lyd og youtube via chromecast.
