Fijne accommodatie. Appartement zit midden in het centrum van Miami, waar makkelijk 6 personen in kunnen verblijven. Ruim en schoon. Wel gehorig als je op de slaapbank slaapt, maar daar is rekening mee gehouden dmv oordopjes en slaapmaskers. Communicatie met Mint House verloopt prima en snel! Er zit 24/7 een conciërge in de lobby. Als je bang bent voor honden dan moet je niet hier verblijven, in de flat zitten meerdere honden welke je regelmatig tegenkomt in de lift. Prima locatie, dichtbij de metromover en cvs. Zou dit appartement aanraden bij vrienden en familie.

Het was fantastisch. Zo'n gaaf apartement!! Je betaalt veel, maar krijgt ook echt de top. Er mag wel vermeld worden dat het in The Muze toren zit, want het is niet te vinden. Ik had een lift waar geen badge nodig was, maar mijn man later wel. Dan kom je dus niet in het appartement. Dat is wel echt slecht geregeld.

Surprised to learn day before arrival that the pool was under maintenance and not available. This should have been made clear by both Hotels.com and Mint House well in advance. Otherwise, excellent stay.

This place was excellent. Super safe, nice and convenient. Lots of security and space as well.

Had some difficulty checking in at the beginning as our room was switched and we weren’t notified before our arrival so we were attempting to gain access to a room which wasn’t ours. That said, we were upgraded to a larger room which was the reason for the change. Besides that, everything was good. We will certainly be back.

Mint House stays are always pretty amazing. However, there could be better/clearer instructions about the utilization of the Keyton’s for the rooms and entrance/exit to the building and for use of the elevators. If you do not know to bring it with, you won’t be able to get in and out or use the elevators. Also, this was the first time there was a warning about the thermostat. I was notified later that the thermostat is set to a certain temperature and if you change it, you’re responsible for setting it back to where you found it upon entering. It would’ve been great to know that before checking in. Communication is something that needs to be improved so there are clear expectations at the property prior to checking in.

Great location, easy to find, apt was clean. More flexibility for check in and check outs times would be appreciated.

I had to wait almost 2 hrs before I got access .

The property was very nice, modern and clean. It is in a building with security and someone to assist with needs. Good location. Street Parking was not very easy, however there is a valet service out front.

Checking inn was terrible, since they do not have a front desk. If you don’t have a local phonenumber it is very hard to check in

Mint house is in the heart of everything you want to do, it was right near the port and the space was extremely spacious for me any my family!!

The property was unique

The room itself was great. Spectacular view, great value, and excellent location. Getting into the room could not have been more challenging/ frustrating. Nobody at the property knew anything and the experience was so unpleasant it is likely I will never stay at a Mint House ever again.
