少し空港や街からは離れますが、その分落ち着いており施設も綺麗で快適です。

I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again.

The beds and pillows were too soft for us. We ended up with sore back/neck. The pool was too cold for the kids. My son could only stay in 15 mins and his lips were blue. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. I like the location and the look of the hotel.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. How ever we didnt enjoy the breakfast we found it was better the last time we came to hyatt . When we went to swim in the pool it said it was heated but it wasnt it was cool . And upon exiting we found a towel for drying had some poop on it . They informed us it was rust but we saw and seen it different.

Breakfast was just ok on thursday, no bacon, soggy waffles, great pastries Friday was better except fewer pastries

Breakfast included vanilla yogurt, granola, bananas, apples, and other cooked items that I did not try. Gym was decent. They have treadmills, rowing erg, a bench, and dumbells. Front desk staff were usually really helpful.

Très bel hôtel moderne. Chambres agréables. Belle salle de sport. Déjeuners ok. Piscine froide (et selon les reviews ça a l’air de faire longtemps et donc d’être volontaire - piscine pour sport plus que pour famille ?). Beau séjour. Je recommande

No complaints at all about this property. Had a great stay.

20 minutes standing at the desk to check in. Credit card tap didn't work. Computer wouldn't code our room keys.... Room had no microwave. No way to boil/heat water for tea. TV very basic.
