とても良いホテルでした。 ただし、シャワーから湯が出なくなったり、キッチンのシンクが壊れたりと、メキシコならではのトラブルには見舞われました。これもメキシコ旅行の楽しみの一つと思える人にはお勧めです。

便利な場所にあって、写真によると内装がモダンで綺麗だったので、予約しました。 実際に泊まってみて、とても良かったです！ レセプションのスタッフが親切で、部屋にキッチンがついていて、居心地が良く、長期滞在にも良いホテルでした。 1点、ホテルにお伝えしたいのは、客室の設備や家具がかなり傷んでます。 ドライヤーを手に取ると、台座が壁から剥がれて落ちたり、洗面化粧台の扉が外れかけて斜めになっていたり。 とてもお手頃な価格で提供されたので不満はありませんでしたが、設備の改修をしないと、どんどん壊れていきます。 スタッフサービス含め素晴らしいホテルなので、客室内の設備や家具の点検・改修をすれば、さらに良いです。

滞在中に水道が使用不可となり、トイレやシャワーなどが一切使えず、滞在に支障をきたした。 ホテルのスタッフによるフォローや説明は一切なく、何も分からないとの解答のみであった。 非常に不快な体験であり、一部返金を考慮していただきたい。

I expected something worse than actual based on the price. However this hotel is really good. I would like to stay again.

It’s an economical hotel to stay in. Also a great location in the playa del Carmen. Los of convenient stores and a Walmart just 3min away walking distance. The room I stayed in had a kitchen that provided pots and cooking utensils. It’s also close to many great local restaurants that serve delicious authentic Mexican food. It’s great because there isn’t many tourist in that area and ferries are easy to get to from here. Isla Mujers being the best beach to go too by ferry from downtown Cancun. Just didn’t understand why they only took cash for payment for entire stay of my visit.

Location is good. It's a basic place, but worth for the price. And there's no Laundry service in the hotel. We have to go outside for Laundry. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Amazing Cleaner staff, the room was smelling nice and very clean everyday, it is good if you maybe want to cook something sometimes, I didn't use the pool but it seems nice too! Good location and everything is nearby

Stay far far away from this property. Not only are they dishonest their facilities are poorly maintained and the staff is pathetically inattentive. There are so many better places to stay in Playa Del Carmen. I strongly suggest you do not stay here. If you do decide to stay at this location, do not leave any valuables in the open. Lock everything up in a safe place in your luggage.

This place was truly perfect. The pool on the rooftop was everything I was looking for.

Tenia miedo que tuviera detalles pero la verdad es que la propiedad como los inmuebles muy bien. Todo estaba tan cómodo que no quería salir del hotel. El servicio excelente.
