Food was not good

Perfect location. We went for a weekend trip. Lovely view, comfortable beds, 😍 Staff members are very helpful and friendly 😊. Room was very clean 👌

The room was clean and large. Pillows were great but I felt the mattress could have been a better quality. The staff were helpful and prompt in serving the customers. The breakfast was adequate. I would have liked to see a larger variety of fresh fruit salad. the bar staff were helpful. This hotel is great value for the price and I would book again or recommend to friends.

Good stay

Clean spacious modern room, same as the reception and dining area. Loved the ‘make your own waffle’ station - the blueberry mixture was delicious. Quiet at night and blackout curtains did their job well.

Staff efficient and make you feel very welcomed. Breakfast : amazing and no extra cost. Room : very clean and quiet. Bed excellent quality . Love the small SMEG fridge . Lot of suckets, TV : not need secret code ... Just perfect !

Friendly staff and very clean and tidy rooms. We were on the 2nd floor so the views were very nice too. There is on-site parking available for a fee but make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Breakfast was complimentary and it was a buffet so a variety to choose from and You can make your own fresh waffles!!!! Overall great experience.

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, room comes with a fridge, nice shower and large TV. Had a good stay and can recommend. Conveniently located opposite the station and a short walk from the outlet mall. Breakfast is good and included in the rate. Hotel has a gym. Hotel is great for 1-2 nights.

Hotel great, except for the bed that was rock hard so didn’t sleep very well for 2 nights!

Ideal location for Ashford international tram station. Can walk into town and cinema within 10mins/15 max. Curious brewery opposite is lovely. Great breakfast included lots of choice and nice rooms. Low bed. Gym looked but forgot my trainers. £12.50 a day to park.

Immaculately clean, wonderful staff, and a beautiful facility. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
