Food was not good

Good location. Fair price. Nice breakfast

We arrived quite late and were welcomed by the receptionist who was very helpful. Our overall short stay was good, however the bed was very uncomfortable which was a shame! The springs were palpable in the mattress and this led to a bit of disturbed sleep.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel near the station with a good variety for breakfast.

The hotel was fine nothing special but as we were only staying one night it was adequate. The car park right outside was great but it does need to be booked in advance.

Nice modern hotel. Allocated a disabled room for some reason with low clothes rail and seat in the shower. It was all ok but nothing amazing. Bed adequate but mattress a little on the thin and could feel the springs. Was disappointed no parking space but was my fault I didn’t study the booking moor so had to park a 5 min walk down the road. A bit frustrating going to collect the car in the morning with bags etc. Breakfast reasonably good. A bit of everything but not masses of choice - however something for everyone and although we didn’t try them, the waffles looked incredible. Great location for Ashford designer village and the railway station. First hotel to ever take a holding deposit. Would I return - maybe, but wouldn’t rush to.

Modern hotel with great restaurant. Room large, big tv & excellent wifi. Air con was superb, especially during our recent heat wave. Helpful staff, let me check in to my room early. Short walk to railway station & 10 min walk in to town centre.

Very clean room, with everything I needed, decent hospitality tray and comfortable bed. Nice to have face flannels in with the towels. Friendly people and a good breakfast choice, where the hot food was all hot. Nice continental selection too. Air con in room was excellent.

Great hotel and very helpful staff

I have stayed 5 or 6 times with my family in this hotel and have never been disappointed One piece of advice for anyone driving: don’t forget to book your carpark lot in advance

The room was a good size and layout, it was also very clean. Parking was onsite and secure. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

The room was very clean and the breakfast offering was very good; a wide selection of breakfast items to suit everyone.

Car Park charges per day a bit steep

Excellent hotel close to lots of restaurants and Ashford Outlet shopping Centre. Good breakfast - more warm veggie options would be good.

Great stay very helpful staff, I had booked the wrong room but they changed it no problem. The room was great clean and comfortable with a lovely shower and products. The breakfast was very tasty and a nice variety. My only minus points would be no smart tv so no Netflix etc, no mirror near a chair and dressing table and no biscuits with the tea/coffee.
