Nice location, clean and spacious king bed.

Pros: - Spacious Room (40 square metres) - Lots of art pieces in the room. - High tech use of iPad. IPad used to control almost all functions in the room. TV, lights, curtains etc. - good selection of free movies on demand. - Samsung TV comes with LG sound bar. - Netflix and Prime Video Log in. - Chromecast and blue tooth connectivity to TV. - Some complimentary mini bar items like camel nut mix, Nutella B-ready, apple and orange juice and San Pellegrino. - Nespresso machine with 4 pods. - Dilmah luxury lead bags (earl grey, chamomile, rose with French vanilla, English breakfast and jasmine green tea) - Huge tub, separate tub, shower. Toilet cubicle is in a separate “room”. - Molton Brown Toiletries. - His and Hers differentiated amenities.- Very comfortable bath robe and slippers. Cons: - TV is a tad small (43 inch) - queen size bed instead of king size bed. - no usb bed room charging points. - Long corridor to bed area May not be everyone's cup of tea. - signs of wear and tear in the room. - room and hotel has a little identity crisis. Transition between Sofitel and the current management.

Great location with lots of amenities and food around.

The room is so awesome. The decoration is so chick, the bathroom amenities are super complete, and the minibar is free (except alcohol). The location is also excellent, across Lau Pa Sat and only around 5 mins walk to MRT. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. it was also so nice regarding the error in my booking. In my booking and e-voucher, it stated that my stay included breakfast. But the hotel said it did not. So I called and they refunded the breakfast charge during my stay. Lovely stay overall!

Saya menginap di Sofitel So Singapore. Hotel ini sangat mewah dengan bangunan eropa dan berasa seperti di Perancis (France). Setibanya di hotel, saya dan pasangan saya disambut sangat ramah oleh seluruh karyawan Sofitel dan mereka suka mengobrol dengan tamunya, sungguh menyenangkan. Setelah check-in dan masuk kamar, luar biasa, kamar sangat bagus, bersih dan memiliki fasilitas mewah, ditambah mendapatkan Mini Bar yang diberikan secara cuma-cuma (gratis). Untuk yang gemar kuliner cukup mudah, tepat didepan hotel ada tempat kuliner yang dikenal Laupasat. Akses ke hotel sangat mudah dengan menggunakan subway line hijau Raffles Place (EW14) dengan berjalan kaki sekitar 3 - 5 menit.

Small standard room but beautifully designed, good service, friendly staffs

Awalnya hanya ingin mencoba hotel Sofitel So yang baru, saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di Dongguan China, ternyata harga yang di bayar kurang sepandan dengan kamar hotelnya dan lokasinya. Saya puas dengan gadget dan free drinks serta snack nya, cuma tetap lebih prefer semuanya free snack di gantikan dengan free breakfast untuk 2 org instead of one. Sarapan se org diri kurang ber kesan untuk yang ber pergian 2 org. Dan saya menilai ada kelainan dengan hawa pendinginnya, tiap kali keluar dari kamar hotel, merasa dingin nya enakkan di luar kamar.
