Hotel.com did not introduce the necessity to install the special hotel app “Sonder “ before the booking. It was confusing to me. Room was good with the wide window view.

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。 バスタブがないのは残念。 シャワーも上から頭や肩に当てるだけなので全身を洗いにくい。 近くにはスーパーや飲食店もあり便利。 食材を購入しての自炊もできる。 ピープルムーバやQラインなどの市内電車が今年から無料になったのもありがたい、 ダウンタウンに位置して安全。 空港とも SMARTバス#261がすぐ近くから片道２ドルで利用できありがたい。

This hotel is good for tourists.

周辺にリーズナブルな飲食店が少ないかなと感じた． キッチンがついているけど，その本領を発揮するためのスーパーが周辺にないので，ちょっと残念．

Loved this place. Worth the money! Very friendly staff!!!

Sonder is in a great location. Very central and easily accessible. My family and I (4 of us) were able to walk to nearby places very easily. It is very disappointing that there is no onsite parking. However, we used “Spot Hero” and landed a very nice and cheap garage where we left our SUV and had no problems. It was a quick 8 minute walk to Sonder. Once we got there we realized I never got an email with the check-in instructions so I tried to speak to the virtual agent and could not get responses or ahold of anyone. Outside of the doors there is a keypad with a phone number that you can call to be let in the building. I called that number (no one answered) but a gentleman came to the door and checked us in at the front desk. Once inside, it smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning products. Everything was nice and tidy and the view was spectacular to Michigan ave. The reason I’m not giving it a higher review is because the apartment itself was full of stained and scratched walls, the bed sheets and duvet covers were stained and had hair on them. One of our bath towels was also stained. I think the unit could use a paint job and a change of bedding.

Nice stay for this price

We stay there because it was walking distance from Ford Field. The property was clean and safe. We would definitely stay there again. The city views were amazing.

Great place to stay if attending an event in downtown.

I liked everything

Beautiful apartment building turned into hotel that was about 20 min walk to Comerica Park. The only negative comment I have is that there is no parking to which we still had to pay to park at the transit. We booked this hotel to walk to the Tigers game & avoid parking but we still had to pay for parking. *TIP!! Do not park in front of the building!! Wasn’t even 10 min we checked in & received a parking ticket!

Sonder canceled my reservation 1 day prior to my reservation. I had flights and baseball tickets in Detroit. I had to scramble to get a room. I am very disappointed that Hotels.com contracts with property owners that do not honor their obligations.

A/C unit didn’t work very well.

Great place i would srsy again

This is in a great location. It is right around the corner from the People Mover that loops around downtown, as well as the main bus terminal. Its about a 10 minute walk to ise the Qline that has a 6 mile round trip. There are lots of food, shopping and site seeing nearby as well. There is a big parking lot across the street or the Dax bus from the airport stops practically in front. It was easy to put in the code to get in the building and my unit. My unit was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Detroit.

Very comfortable and roomy. Carpet was loose and curling up on edges which can present a potential for trip and fall. Just a note.

The room had everything you needs and the staff is very accommodating everything was easy manageable through the app

Over all everything was great the only thing I could think of was that the shower or washroom could be bigger
