フェニックスサンズの試合を見るにはとても良い場所でした。ただ車がない方は観光するのにはタクシーを利用しないと厳しいかなと思います。 受付の方は英語わからなくても普通に対応してくれてありがたかったです。 朝食の間に清掃が入っていて驚きました。その際におそらく隠してあった日本円をすられました。なので部屋の中でも貴重品は必ず身につけらようにしてください。

静かでしたし、きれいでもあったので特に問題はありませんでした。シャワーしかないので浴槽に入りたい人には向いていないかもしれません。

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel has a clean, modern aesthetic with stylish decor that feels both upscale and comfortable. The rooms are well-designed, with a sleek layout, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches like USB charging ports and a spacious shower. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The large windows let in lots of natural light, and the blackout shades made it easy to sleep in when needed. The staff was friendly and professional — check-in was quick and seamless. I also really appreciated how quiet the hotel was, even though it's in the heart of downtown. The location is excellent — walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, the AC Hotel puts you close to everything without feeling chaotic. Overall, I highly recommend the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix. It’s a clean, modern, and relaxing place to stay in the middle of all the action.

Staff is nice and friendly, rooms are clean, and area is perfect.

The stay was great. The manager- Brian was fabulous. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The part of my stay that was an issue was trying to get ahold of Hotels.com when there was an issue with check in. I reserve red the rooms but the 2 rooms were under 2 different names. It was not an issue with the hotel but with the confirmation emails as they did not indicate that my reservation would be under 2 names. It was not helpful when I could not find a phone number to call to clarify the situation. It took the manager and myself 15 min to find a number. This is not helpful when the issue was resolved in less than 5 min.

Staff were fantastic and allowed for early check in. The room was a good size and nicely appointed. However, the bed was sunken and the rug was very dirty. Otherwise, great experience.

Convenient. Fun to walk around downtown Phoenix.

Very clean with a friendly staff. Parking prices were not outrageous like other hotels nearby. Close to Chase Field and a nice walk to the baseball game.

This is probably one the BEST hotels we’ve stayed at. We had a one night stay in PHX before driving to Sedona. Super clean, friendly staff and perfectly located in the middle of everything

I have stayed at this property multiple times and have had a great experience each time. Staff is great, rooms are very clean, and the area is walkable to many venues downtown. If staying downtown this is the only hotel I will stay at.

Nice new property, friendly staff, and walkable to so many things!

It was an overnight stay for a layover, the room was great, however I did not care for the bathroom door, it was heavy and hard to get open without a door handle. The square toilet not practical and very uncomfortable for both my husband and son for obvious reasons.

Enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. Location was perfect with everything being within walking distance.
