The location is convenient. However our stay was not good... the room we checked in didnt have hot water. We were not able to exchange room until nxt day. We received the credit as a gesture of apology. Though it did not meet the price we paid. I expected the Westin to be much better...

We had a corner room with great views. The beds were comfortable. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. Pool was great and the huge tv on the roof. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

The property is great, great location and within walking distance of the university, restaurants and other activities.

We stayed here on the 17th floor, had a great view. The food was delicious. The staff was great. My overall experience for my husband‘s birthday exceeded my expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Can not turn off the AC. It automatically turns back on and changes temperature to 68, also made lots of noise. Nightmare

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Right in the heart of Tempe ASU.

I love staying here, short drive from the airport, rooms are nice. Dining options are nice. Its central to all locations i need to reach. Walkable to the Beach Park for music festivals.

This hotel was spot on super clean and updated..great staff. Wonderful location close to restaurants and breweries.

There is construction around the building which makes for valet only parking, however we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff made our anniversary stay very nice with extras and even upgraded our room for us! We will definitely stay here again! Big thanks to all the staff for making our 10 year and amazing experience!

Staff and and hotel condition was great! However, terrible experience with constant pool closures due to undisclosed renovations if I had known this was planned by hotel management I would have elected to stay elsewhere. With a young family having access to a pool is crucial especially in Arizona. Also, valet was slow and lacked communication skills. As a bonvoy member I am a little disappointed with our recent experience!!

The breakfast tickets were not enough to cover a party of two. When you opt in to purchase breakfast, it would be nice to have breakfast fully covered. Other than that, it was truly amazing.

Location near ASU downtown Tempe. Lots of restaurants and bars close. Parking on street limited. Garage nearby is $20 day. Hotel valet $42.00 a day. Only choice at hotel. Destination fee of $30 day. You can opt out. Covers 2 hour free bike rental per person per day. Based on availability. Two free coffee or cold brew small and medium. Rooftop pool bar food and beverage credit of $30 per day. Two complimentary margaritas or mojito small size and enhanced WiFi. If you don’t do destination fee, internet is $15 per day. You have to request it. The restaurant menu is limited and prices are very high. Upon checking in, no bellboy for bags. Registration said that they can provide on request. This hotel is a part of Marriott. You would never know. For over $275 a night and incidentals I expected more. I’ve stayed at comfort inn’s with better service. I would not recommend staying here.

All good. Only slight: waiter/waitresses in downstairs restaurant each visit seemed overwhelmed? Forgetting simple requests, taking way too long, etc. but not a huge deal.
