Clean, spacious, quiet room, lots of parking.

The shower curtain wasn't clean when I moved in, when I asked the front desk, it was replaced promptly. The house keeping is every other day with limited services (empty the trash, change towels, fill the shampoo and conditioner, and making the beds) which is ok with me, but the service crew missed to fill the conditioner twice during my stay, I have to go to the front desk to ask again. It's a nice hotel and conveniently located, breakfast is decent.

I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because of the bad smell in two of them Finally a room was found on a different floor that didn’t have the bad odor like human dirt, but it smelled the same later that evening. Staff came to check the rooms and agreed with the bad odor. The manager was informed about the issue supposedly by staff members at the front desk, but never tried to get in touch with me. Also a food delivery truck parked outside the window of my room at 5am. With the air conditioning unit on top the truck making a lot of noise. I told the front desk and they asked them to move the truck. I was very disappointed because I stayed there a year earlier and everything was fine. I expected much better from this hotel since I always stay at Hampton when I travel.

Everything was clean and well run. Staff were excellent. Only issue was there were a lot of kids sports teams staying there. They were a little rambunctious, but nothing terrible but enough to take note. Otherwise a great 10 day stay

Good breakfast

Great location and amenities!

Pros: Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included was decent. Air-conditioning worked very well. Lots of parking. Cons: A little out of the way and awkward to get to by car. You have to request housekeeping as there is no daily room cleaning. Would have liked to know this when we checked in. Coffee/tea available 24/7 but warm. Fortunately the room had a microwave to heat it up which was a bonus. Would stay again as at the moment it is the only hotel in Barrhaven. Hope at some point there is competition.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants just a short walk away. There was also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect 👌

Friendly staff and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, lots of variety and well stocked. The pull out couch was less than comfortable but I guess to be expected. Everything else was fantastic and would stay again.

Nice upscale room, more like a Hilton or Marriott regular room
