A bar within the same gate as the hotel playing loud music all night long, so noisy and inconveniencing, lots of mosquitoes and i actually found the Receptionist or supervisor backbitting me after telling them about their poor service.

Great place to stay, quiet,old fashioned rooms were very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Especially Margaret and Martin . It's a budget stay in a quiet and safe area of Nairobi. Would recommend

It is very nice and relaxed place in very good area of Nairobi. The restaurant and bar are fabulous and breakfast, though not included in tne price, super delicious. The room comfortable and suprising red carpet in the corridor. The staff friendly and nice except reception who need to improve on customer service. My reservation via hotels.com could not be found so i was asked to pay again several times, even though i show payment and reservation confirmation. Beside that, everything else is super good and would love to stay again here.
