Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property could use an upgrade, but overall a great stay for price and location

No amenities but that goes with the price. Good to just get sleep and back on the road. Saw a bear in the parking lot.

The property is marked in google as 4 star. It’s not 1 star- it’s a motel . Ants in the bathroom. Very unhygienic. The girl in the check in has rude attitude. The overall cleanliness is horrible. The room smells like high dose of phenyl. No telephones, the towels are not clean.

Property was nice but the air conditioning in the room made it feel musty. We had a bear outside our room on top of my car so make sure you don’t leave any food in the car

Our room was clean! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. An added bonus were the bears that showed up every morning we were there; one had 2 cubs with her.

Very clean. Close to the strip, mountains, stores & pizza shops. Nice balcony over the river - With the sounds of water rushing over rocks was very pleasant. The beds was very comfortable & the room had everything we needed. Great area & very friendly & helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay here again. Also - Very affordable. Well worth the money. I’ll be back.

We enjoyed staying at the Gatlinburg Mountain Inn. The staff was very friendly and it's walking distance to many hot spots including Anakeesta.

I loved how clean the room was when I arrived. The staff was friendly and had recommendations about where to go. I would have appreciated a bigger trash can or at least 2. The trash can we had was too small.

Older hotel but clean. Front desk was helpful with directions for around Gatlinburg. Extra bath linens for our family was met with a smile. Air conditioner was a little loud but worked great. Location is a little ways out of downtown life, but that suited us. Quiet. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent find. You’re not going to find a better place in the Gatlinburg area at this price. I come down regularly and this is the first time staying here but I am glad I did. The staff was super friendly, helpful and know the area well. Free parking means you can walk into town and save yourself $20 on parking. Plenty of food options nearby as well. The room was fresh, modern and clean. Nothing fancy but you’re not staying at a resort and the quality of the room is a better value than many other places nearby at twice the price. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay here next time I’m back in town.
