nice property in a central area

A beautiful property in a lively and bustling area. Tons of restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel doors.

This property was a nice surprise. I alwaay thought it would be noisy, but it is so quiet in the rooms and so comfortable. Love the shower. The staff are so warm, ill definitely be back

Logo que chegamos ja curti a vibe do hotel pelo restaurante animado e decoração moderna no térreo. Fomos bem atendidos na recepção mas a surpresa veio ao chegarmos no quarto. Lindo, super espaçoso, decoracao linda, janelas amplas, cama super confortavel, banheiro maravilhoso. Tivemos uma má impressão do room service pois fizemos um pedido de jantar que não veio e quando fomos perguntar sobre o tempo de entrega no quarto, o pedido nao existia e a cozinha já estava fechada. Acabamos comendo um lanche apenas. Mas no geral é um hotel muito confortavel e a localização é excelente. Ao lado do Shopping e em frente a parada do Hop om Hop off. Ainda ganhei surpresa de aniversário o que me deixou extremamente feliz.

O hotel é central fica ao lado de execelentes restaurantes. Nao ha tomada nos banheiros, e nenhuma tomada perto de um espelho se quer no quarto, Então secar o cabelo ou fazer uma escova, de seu jeito. Existe uma parte comecial junto ao hotel então é um lugar de entrada e saida de pessoas bem grande, não é um lugar silencioso, mas extremamente localizado. para poucos dias um hotel execelente. A academia é otima.

Very helpful staff and good location to everything

Hotel excelente em região central perto de vários restaurantes excelentes. Poucas garrafas de aguas nos quartos e o frigobar fica trancado que achamos bastante estranho. Voce somente consegue liberar o frigobar se deixar um cartão cadastrado na recepção. Ou seja se você quer deixar uma agua gelando você nao vai conseguir.

From the moment Jermina greeted us at the front desk to the time of our departure, we were taken care of so very well by everyone at Hotel Hyde. Recommended by a local, this hotel didn’t disappoint. Jermina was so helpful to explain the facilities, neighborhood and local spots. Our room was spotless, spacious and luxurious. Loved it all. The restaurant is excellent. Would recommend!

Second time at the hotel now. Great place. Can’t recommend it enough
